Thundercloud never fails to dissapoint. This location is a bit hidden from view when driving but is large and spacious. The staff is particularly friendly here, even by ThunderCloud standards. The decor is full of classic local posters showcasing the history of Austin culture. This really is one of the better ThunderCloud locations. Order the Big Paul or Classic Club.

Absolutely love the turkey subs here! Always taste fresh, and delicious. The chili and shakes are good too! Although if you’re looking for a hot sub there’s better options out there. I still have to give them 5 stars for the cold subs. The employees have always been very polite here too.

Bee cave Galleria store near HEB jeff is the manager but wasn’t there. We always order the Austin club and lately as of about a year it has been getting worse with less vegetables and not being diced. This time there was no meat in the salad at all. Did we not pay the asking price for this and specifally asked no onions and they put onions in there. Thunderclouds staff is untrained and doesn’t care about customer choice.

Two people working. Was greeted less than a customer, obvious frustration when I said I’m placing a new order when there was no one else in the whole building. Two more customers came in and were greeted got more attention while waiting for their pick up. After five minutesOf standing waiting to place my order employee kept working on online orders and I just walked out. Poor service, customers in front of you should take precedence over online orders.

The food was pretty good. Although, I ordered a shake and it wasn’t just melted by the time I received it, they had placed ice cubes in it to keep it cold. So I ended up with essentially flavored water. This had happened before to my friend, who received a melted milkshake as well. So this appears to be a recurring theme.

I had to order a big order for our company luncheon this week, the very nice young lady helped me place the order and because I had mentioned it was our president’s birthday, they even put a little “Happy Birthday Mr. President” Flag in the center of our tray! They made wonderful sandwiches, and their potato salad is out of this world! Not to mention, it was about $100.00 less than what we normally spend on our luncheons! Wonderful team! Awesome service!

Super slow, got my order wrong twice had to wait forever for him to fix it. The Mac and cheese had gone bad it smelt horrible when I opened it. The broccoli cheddar soup was sour. I go to thundercloud (central) often and this location did not do a good job in comparison…
