Hubby and I stopped in for some Brunch today. It was absolutely fantastic! He had the Rise and Shine and I had an omelette with bacon and cheese along with some of the best cheese grits! The coffee was amazing. Beans are ground right there. The portions are big enough that we had to take some home! Definitely recommend this little spot on Canton Hwy.

Thumbs down. When I received my order eggs were over done and brown. I said i can’t eat this he said understood He got some more they were still not right. The pancake was dry. The smoke wings had hair on them and tasted like they were warmed up. They forgot i ordered hashbrowns and asked me was I sure. I’m like yeah check your receipts. Then I finally got them. It was a total donation because I couldn’t eat it. Horrible oh did I say my mom ordered chicken fingers and out looked like fish was fried in the same grease because cornmeal was on her chicken.

Had breakfast at Thumbs Up Diner on Canton Road and it absolutely lived up to the hype! I ordered the Skillet Heap, and it was fantastic — loaded with eggs, potatoes, veggies, and cheese, all cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It’s one of those meals that’s hearty without being greasy, and you can tell everything is made fresh.
The service was great too — friendly, fast, and attentive even though the place was busy. The whole atmosphere has that classic diner vibe: warm, local, and comfortable.
If you’re in Marietta and love a good breakfast, this spot is a must.

Wow. My momma and I at breakfast at the thumbs up in Roswell this week and we loved it so much that when we saw this location we had to try their lunch. Let me tell you, they DO NOT disappoint!
By far, the BEST onion rings I’ve tasted.
The catfish had the same flavorful breading, and the fish was nicely cooked (not overdone and dry like some other places). I’m telling y’all, they could win a competition, no joke!
My momma ordered a turkey Rachel, and it was packed with meat and flavor!
Fresh food, fast and polite service, and clean dining room.
My momma and I will come back and I’ll be bringing friends!

Ordered shrimp and grits, double dip french toast and double bacon BLT. Apparently out of double dip french toast. I get my food to go. Check it the shrimp and grits are on top of other food leaking down. I check the BLT sourdough not toasted only got 3 pieces of bacon when I paid for double bacon.Take it back inside they fix the bacon don’t toast the sourdough. Get home get the bag out of truck and it all falls on ground cause shrimp and grits has been leaking thru the paper bag. While it’s on the driveway I see powered sugar even on the French toast.This was not what I spent 42 bucks on. Needless to say I spent 42 bucks to see it all on ground in my driveway. I’ve been coming here over a year this was biggest mess up. It’s either right or all wrong. Great place just eat inside so they can fix their mistakes.But not for to-go

I was excited to try this place as a fairly new restaurant close to home. The seemed to be a good bit of traffic so I wanted to see what the hype was. We decided to try the omelet and the Road Warrior. It’s not that it was particularly bad at all. It was just nothing spectacular. The grits were creamy but something was interesting about the flavor. Maybe there was milk or too much milk. The sausage was really good though. I truly was hoping it would be the must eat spot but it fell short. The service was not warm and inviting either. The manager also took his hat off multiple times while he was on the phone and rubbed his fingers through his hair. He wasn’t fixing the food so I overlooked that. I don’t think I will be back as again it was nothing spectacular.

This place was a recommendation from the Ritz valet. I was GLAD TO GO HERE! Anne was our server and she was wonderful! The food is delicious and you feel like you are at home. The location is easy to miss so pay attention.

First time here. The staff was really nice. Food was really good! The catfish was perfectly seasoned and awesome tasting. I was a little skeptical when they said whole grain biscuit thinking I was going to get a dried out hockey puck but holy smokes. Probably one of the best biscuits Ive had in a long time. Will be back for sure.
