Average at best in all areas. The server was not very attentive or personable, she was young, maybe just inexperienced, but no eye contact. The beer selection for a brewery was limited and the food was average bar food. I feel like they “nickle and dime” customers with their burgers. One come with lettuce, tomato but it’s extra for cheese, the one that comes with cheese had to have the lettuce, tomato added at a cost. It’s just little things, but enough that we will try another dining option next time we are in town. Sad, because my first experience there was much better all around. The second was not as much but better than this last one.
I will say that the hostess was super friendly and accommodating for us and our pups each time and I belive the same person.

Pretty slammed for a Wednesday. They seemed very short staffed but were handling it well. Food came out in shifts but that’s to be expected for low staff with a busy crowd. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Food was great and beer was very nice.

Thumb Brewery is such a COOL spot with a laid-back, welcoming vibe. As a jeep girl, I instantly loved their decor—especially the duck-themed touches—and the overall peaceful atmosphere. We visited during the Cheeseburger Festival, so there was live music and a fun crowd dressed in Margaritaville style—Hawaiian shirts, flamingos, and smiles everywhere. Our waitress, Tonya, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and upbeat even though the place was packed. My husband enjoyed their IPA and tried their festival cheeseburger entry, which he liked a lot. I went for the coconut margarita special (loved the rubber ducky garnish!) and a chicken, tomato, mozzarella, balsamic burger—fresh, flavorful, and delicious. If you’re looking for a relaxed place to enjoy great drinks, good burgers, and a friendly atmosphere, Thumb Brewery is a must-visit!

My brother and I stopped here for part of our thumb area brewery tour. We enjoyed a flight and a complimentary individual pub pretzel. My favorite beer was the Yule Log.
The festive and well-decorated interior, excellent service, and even better conversation with the owner made me want to return to this establishment in the future.

Great rotation of drinks. Music bingo is a must, and all of the seasonal events they put on are a great time.

What a great spot! Awesome vibes, great food, really good prices. The food and drinks were both excellent and the staff is friendly and working hard. Everyone might go for the burgers, but I’ve got to say this might be my favorite chicken sandwich in the thumb. And the fries are fantastic!

Was pretty busy when we went, once we got a waitress things were excellent. Server was friendly, drinks were excellent they also had a live band. The atmosphere was great, old house turned into restaurant/bar.

We had an amazing experience with our team’s tasting! Lauren, Nick and the whole team were very accommodating and friendly. Beers were outstanding and loved the pretzels. The new brew house is a beauty and learning about Nick’s process was fascinating. We love Thumb Brewery & will be back!

Up here for Cheeseburger Festival. Thumb Brewery is a nice place. The burgers were not great. And you cannot get one without cheese so if you’re lactose intolerant find somewhere else for a burger. No substitutions or modifications to the food. The “thick” avacado on the burger was in actuality barely there. And burger seemed like an over cooked frozen patty. I tried the Blueberry and Watermelon beers. They were a bit hoppy for my taste. I don’t like bitter beers. The two other beers I wanted to try were sold out. The staff was a bit unfriendly as we had a 3rd person joining us and instead of moving us to available tables they pulled up a chair at our two top right in the walkway. Then sat two people at the 4 top next to us. Which was in the same waitress section. The 3 stars are mostly because of the activities taking place at the restaurant. The dog costume contest and the music. Those made the time worth it.

We were camping at Port Crescent and drove over for dinner. My husbands walleye was very good and I was grateful they had Gluten Free buns. I can’t attest to the beer, but the wine selection was not the best – I sent back the rose because I was told it wasn’t sweet and it was horribly sweet. The Hubs didn’t complain about the beer though. The atmosphere is probably really great when there is live music!
