T Hub is my go-to spot in Mountain House! We ordered the Paneer Biryani today, and it was fantastic. It had plenty of paneer—exactly the kind of hearty dish I was hoping for. The staff was also super efficient; we got our drinks (including a fresh chai) and food very quickly! I also wanted to shout out the rewards program; I redeemed my points today, and the process was easy, and the discount was honored without any fuss. Highly recommend this cafe for great food and fast service!

Spicy Paneer Vegetable Biryani was good, don’t expect too much of paneer, expect more potatoes.
Strawberry milkshake with Boba and Oreo milkshake with Boba are also good, kids love them.

We were waiting for our pizza order which is in the same building of Tandoori Pizza so thought of checking various other businesses in the area.
We had not come across any cafe which serves booba & biryani under one roof so though of checking this place…
There was a music festival in the area so this cafe was over crowded… we waited for the crowd to thin out then we entered…
We could make out the cafe staff was overwhelmed so waited few more minutes to give our order.
We ordered Chicken Dum Biryani for Togo.
Biryani was good, fresh ( good quality), had a spicy kick to it. Enjoyed the taste very much. It came with raita & salan ( flavorful curry/sauce)
Will love to comeback to check out other items in the menu & some Booba.

The Popping Blueberry boba was delicious, extremely worth visiting. Strawberry Matcha was super sweet, honestly if I could do it again I would ask for half sweetness. The plum cake wasn’t really worth the price. I took one bite and decided I definitely would not be getting it again. The popcorn chicken was entirely flavorless. No salt no seasoning, which was a bit disappointing. But it had an excellent crunchy texture. Overall, cute little place. Just avoid it after the highschool across the street let’s out, its a teen hang out spot and gets way too crowded.

Love this place. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. My son was given the opportunity to work with THub. Wonderful people and contributors to the community. Thank you

Small yet clean. Friendly staff. Someone spilled their drink and the staff was attentive to take care of the clean up first. Loved the cream brûlée boba, a tad bit sweet for my liking and its premix so no customisation possible.

I come here a lot because it is one of the few boba places near me that have boba, but if I could i wouldn’t come, the teas drinks are very watered down, the coffees and milk shakes are good, and their food is very seasoned and yummy, but I was very disappointed about their teas compared to other places, I would not go if you want some good tea and good boba

My kid and I bought curly fries for about $7 each. In the past, we used to get a larger portion, but today we received a smaller quantity, and the fries were mostly short pieces or crumbs rather than actual curly fries. It didn’t feel worth the $14 we spent for both.

Hands down. They make Best paneer Briyani anywhere in central valley and East Bay. Any day any time, very consistent.
