Absolutely horrible service! Reading other reviews, wrong orders and it’s the customers fault… I don’t think so!
I ordered online for an advertised special and added an appetizer for price X. What was delivered was minus the pizza for the same price. What ever the mix up, I refused the order and kindly sent it back with the delivery driver.. I immediately called the store and the manager rudely interrupted me while I was speaking and told me to pay attention when I was ordering. I was not even done explaining the situation!
I did not accept “her” interruption, and resumed explained to her that regardless of the mix up, I now wanted a refund. This was based solely on “her” nasty attitude and dismissive approach, telling me that I need to learn how to place orders! She told me that they won’t delivery again and was banning my address! This was a very easy fix, but instead she was childish and unprofessional by all standards. I was calm, no fowl language, or return her attitude, giving her NO reason to justify her attitude and berating me on the phone!
Learn customer service, it was not a big deal until you made it that way.
I am repeat customer of several years, with no complaints until today. Poor management.

Had a chicken cheese steak with provolone, mushrooms, onions, green pepper and sweet pepper. Roll was very nice and it was tasty. They are friendly.

In my own opinion it’s really bad food I remembering ordering from there. Got an cheesesteak and the lady on the phone was really rude to me. However the cheeseteak was good whereas their pizza is not. Yeah looks like I won’t be ordering from this place again haven’t in a while and probably will never again no offense just my opinion especially cause of the rude lady on the phone.

My family and I order from here all the time time. We always get the same thing when we order. The order was read back to Us when we ordered. We get the order and everything was correct but one thing. They were closed when we realized it, so I call the next day to let them know. The manager says it’s not their fault and it’s nothing she can do. We have been customers here for several years. They just lost a customer!!! Unbelievable!!!
