Nutritious Herbal Life based shakes and “teas” in so many flavors. There is definitely something there for everyone. The shakes are a great meal replacement for breakfast or lunch. The teas are 20 calories for a medium, but thermogenic which means they burn more than the calories in the tea. It’s a friendly and fun environment with so much patience for all the questions you want to ask.
