Very easily ends up being the regular stop for coffee and conversation. The staff here literally feels like close friends. A good place to remember the things America is losing from back in the good Old days. Great staff,Great atmosphere, good food. I would recommend you stop by it will definitely be a memory to look back on fondly.

Since the restaurant was connected to a gas station, we had to use the gas station restrooms, which were disgusting! Wow! Used to be a halfway decent truck stop, what a dive. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could. I wouldn’t eat there, be afraid of getting ill, and besides cafe closed at 3. I went the extra mile and headed over to Sturgeon Station, I won’t waste my time on the three Mile Cafe anymore. All they had when I got there was nuclearized burritos, who wants microwave food gross

Decent breakfast. However you cannot pay with your debit card. Needs a Visa etc label on the card. And if you have to get cash the ATM charges a fee. Odd indeed.
