THEY TIP THEMSELVES!!!
First of all the service is horrible, and it seems like only to their own race because in the restaurant there are mostly Caucasians, mind you the servers are mostly all Mexican. My husband and I came in, speaking Spanish being polite and we got the rudest looks from servers and Juan our server looked like we bothered him every time he came to our table which was only to bring our drinks and our food. I had to buy a water at the store next door because I felt uncomfortable asking him for a cup of water because of his attitude towards us. Then he still had the audacity to give himself a $7 tip. We asked if the tip is normally included and the Host stuttered saying that so metimes they do because people don’t leave tips…. I wonder why. I told them the service was not tip worthy. After leaving I called to speak to the Manager and the host answered claiming he was the manager. I asked if the tip was normally included bc I wasn’t informed nor was it posted on the menu, once again he stuttered saying if the bill is more than $100 tip will be charged. He clearly couldn’t get his story straight stuttering and saying different things trying to figure out how to get out of the situation. I told him it was clearly less than $100 and the service was bad. I will be calling my bank a disputing that charge.

We stopped here on our way through town. Was busy but got seated right away. Service was good. Food was great! Came out quickly considering how busy it was. Would definitely stop and eat here again while driving down 80. Good inexpensive lunch menu. Was driving so didn’t sample the Margaritas. Maybe if we stop overnight sometime.

Don’t be fooled because this restaurant is attached to a gas station. This place was packed which was a good sign. It was a little slow service-wise at first, but it was very busy.
The chips and salsa were delicious. The margaritas were huge and very cheap for the serving size. They have wine and other drinks.
We ordered the Chimichanga and the smothered burrito. Both were amazing! We would definitely go again!

I found the food to be flavorful and quite enjoyable. I got what I expected yet I tasted more than I paid. Excellent work, Chef.
Service was perfect for my occasion – not pestered yet not abandoned. Refills offered before needed and our Waiter was attentive, professional, and friendly.

Used to be worth the almost 45 minute drive for a special trip here. Now, the portions are like half of what they used to be, and completely flavoless. There is NO service – waited almost 10 minutes for a table, not because they were busy, but because they couldn’t be bothered to come from the back to see if they had customers in the front. Being the only ones in the there restaurant should have been a hint. After finally being seated and served, never once came to check on us or offer water or anything else. Very disappointing. Will NEVER be back. After years of eating here, I’m done. Don’t know if they were sold or something, but they SUCK now!

Thank you Ana and Juan for the wonderful opportunity to share time with you ! Food and drinks were awesome, salsa and chips were great (served with both hot and mild salsas) before dinner, and my huge salad will feed both of us for lunch on the road tomorrow!!! Wish we could eat here lots, but home is NH in 4 days. Hopefully see you next year if our driving stop ends up in Sidney

We had a great meal here! Fresh Salsa and warm chips and delicious enchiladas. Don’t be out of by the appearance that it is IN the gas station- it’s not! The service was fast and friendly and my husband said the margarita was great! Highly recommend.

My husband and I went here while moving to CA. My family says if it’s kinda shady, near somewhere you wouldn’t expect, the food is always good. That absolutely is true for this spot!
We got the molcajete and the birria tacos and everything reminded me of my abuela. Food was cooked well, all the carnes were tender, birria had some spice but was delicious, and their tortillas are absolutely perfect! The horchata is a little watery but makes up for it in sweetness, and overall we slept really good after this! Don’t pass it up if you’re hungry. If it makes me nostalgic for SoCal in western Nebraska, you’ll love it.

I love the margaritas here…I order the Cadillac Margarita but was to strong for me..so I ask the waitress to change it for a regular one and she have no problem with it…
