my family decided to go because we’d never been there. there wasn’t really a dinner rush so it was pretty peaceful overall. we had a really nice waitress and we got our drinks fairly quickly. what wasn’t great though was the wait for our food. we got our salads first but then there was at least a 45 minute wait in between. when food did come it came in waves, we didn’t get it all at once. the food was great though and i throughly enjoyed my sandwich. i would return and get the sandwich again.

Service was great and friendly! That being said both dishes we ordered tasted like they might have been spoiled. Ate what we could on the plate which was mostly just fries. After that they gave me a bill with prices 35% higher than whats on the menu. Decided to settle the bill, left a nice tip for the good service. Not sure if we will return due to the strange overcharging for food that tasted spoiled.
It’s unfortunate because we often order from here for work and it will be a shame to take this off our list.

I asked for no thousand island dressing on my Big London Burger – not only did it get sent back because it came with thousand island, but there was a drop of it on my burger bun and my fries were cold. We had Tammy as our server and yeah she discounted it but only because it’s $3.00 burger baskets on Monday’s, and instead discounted $3.00 off another sandwich on our bill – she didn’t offer to do anything else. She didn’t even come around and ask me how everything turned out until after I finished eating and she dropped off the bill to our table. I have no idea if she’s new here or not but I think she needs a refresher or additional training soon.
And of course before posting I went to see the other reviews and the owner literally comments “if we can make it more enjoyable for you let us know” to ONLY the positive reviews — this is a management situation that needs to be taken care of.

Good atmosphere and plenty of space to relax in a chill environment
After all the great reviews I read and heard from people about the pretzel and beer cheese soup I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it was average at best and a small serving size for the price. The drinks were good. The food I saw other people order looked good but I didn’t see anything special.

Really good. Delicious beer cheese soup. Guinness gravy was yummy. Service was great and he was prompt and polite. Will be going back again to try other items. Price is higher end but still decent for 2. Only downside was it was a little dark in there for only being 6p. I thought it was originally closed because it looked so dark on the outside and it was dark inside as well.

I ordered food through uber eats & was super impressed. The food was all so delicious and fresh. I ordered the open face turkey sandwich with corn as my side and it seriously hit the spot. The Guinness gravy was so delicious and the corn was perfectly prepared. I also got the pretzels with beer cheese sauce & loved it. I also ordered a small side Caesar salad and it was so fresh and crisp.
This was the first time trying Three Lyons pub and will definitely be trying all the food on this menu. The cooks who prepared my food definitely made it all with love and paid attention to detail.
