Food was terrible. My order came in two (open) brown bags that the driver could have had his hands in. The pork has NO FLAVOR. The mashed potatoes are the instant kind. The brisket (see photo) is questionable and fatty. The Mac n cheese is watery and bland. The fried pickles are missing from my order altogether. I have no desire to try the other items I got because it’s THAT bad. $100 down the drain.

At the Oktoberfest at Clover Stadium, we spent over 30 dollars on a pork belly BLT and what should have been a pulled pork sandwich and a small potato salad. They gave me a pork belly sandwich instead of pulled pork, which is my fault for not noticing. The meat wasn’t tender at all and the fat had not been rendered in any capacity on either sandwich and it was impossible to eat. I put some of the North Carolina style barbecue sauce on my sandwich also and it was cold enough that it cooled down the meat. The potato salad tasted like it was made with canned sliced potatoes and miracle whip. It was nasty. Later, I noticed the guy who was taking orders had his right hand gloved but used that same hand to handle money, write down orders and salt the food. It was overall there were no redeeming qualities. I really wish I could get my money back. I should’ve been paid to eat it.

Food Truck in Yonkers off Warburton. Brisket sandwich was dry and I had a huge hunk from burnt side. Ugh. Rotisserie chicken decent. Mac and cheese? More like meh and cheese. I’d be embarrassed if this was the food I was serving from my food truck/restaurant.

The Mac n cheese was awful. Tasted like warm macaroni salad that had gone sour. Ribs were good. Brisket was good but a little dry.

Brisket sandwich was delicious! It was cold but with the Texas sauce was a very good sandwich. Didn’t care for the chicken wings. Baked beans were good. Steak fries were fresh and really good. I’d go back to try some other things and for another brisket sandwich

Just ordered from the food truck today the food was terrible. Ordered a brisket sandwich that was tiny under cooked and all fat. I threw it right in the garbage. Also ordered half rack of ribs under cooked had to cook in oven when I got home and the fries were raw. The staff was rude. $35 for all of that never again!!!
First of all if you don’t want walk ups than DON’T TAKE THEM. That is no reason for the food to be under cooked and fatty. I did not come up 4 times I explained that I thought you called my name and apologized , doesn’t matter, the service and food were terrrible period. I was a customer and didn’t deserve your rudeness!!!

Delivery guy showed up and said “20 is fine” for an order that came out to ~$22.85 + whatever tip I would have given (I had $26 ready and visible in hand). I ask “Are you sure?” a bit incredulously and he insists. In all my years, have never seen that. If anything they give you a break for a few cents. But this isn’t about the “discount” I was given…

When I take my food and look in the bag, the 2 boxes holding the sandwiches were wildly greasy. Especially questionable considering the “pulled pork sandwiches” were more dry pork slapped onto a bun. I could have pressed them against the box and not a drop of grease or moisture would have come out. No sauce included at all. Even the Mac n cheese container was greasy/slimy. One box also had a major dent in it.

The buns on both sandwiches had something on them, whether it was skin or some other byproduct from the meats – I couldn’t tell. For a reason beyond me, I cleaned off the buns and ate through half of the first pork sandwich and just couldn’t finish. The Mac and cheese seemed fine, although nothing special. After about 10 bites of that, I threw everything away.

This area could really use a BBQ joint and I thought we had one. Would love if this place was turned around but it seems they only focus on their food trucks according to others. I truly do not like providing negative reviews but this was an awful series of events.

Really really good. Great balance of fat and meat. Flavorful without sauce. The sauces are awesome. They are mostly gluten free/GF and know how to accommodate. Their service is really great. Would love to see outdoor seating.

This is a great little joint for your pulled pork cravings. The service has been quick and friendly whether I went in to order or called ahead for pickup. The pulled pork is very delicious as well as the mashed sweet potatoes. The potato wedges are very salty if that’s your thing.
