Classic Bakes for a Quick Bite!
Plenty of delicious options baked fresh daily. It’s to-go only, perfect for strolling through Pike Place Market or enjoying during a break while people-watching. Located just off the first right turn from the main entrance on First Avenue.
Reasonably priced for the area:
-Classic Palmier Cinnamon $3: A bit sweet for me, but I appreciated the flaky, buttery layers.
-Raspberry Nest Coconut Cookie $4: Loved that the coconut wasn’t overly sweet, but couldn’t really taste any raspberry jam.
A solid stop for classic baked goods made fresh.

We got the honey cinnamon croissant, a snicker doodle, a oatmeal chocolate chip, a pumpkin scone and a pumpkin cinnamon roll. The honey cinnamon croissant is what caught our attention, unfortunately it tasted like it was a baked apple, not bad just not what qe wanted or expected. Our favorite item was the pumpkin scone. Both cookies were tatsty just slightly small. The cinnamon roll was good but did not come with any frosting.

Their window displays with shelves of diverse pastries and breads is a glorious sight among the many wonders in Pike Place. I ordered the honey walnut rugelach and a chocolate croissant. Both had flaky, buttery layers, but that croissant was something seriously special. It was loaded with quality chocolate. I would love to visit again and try more things!

We stopped in Three Girls Bakery for a quick lunch bite across from the Pike Fish Market. Service was good, especially from the girl/lady behind the seated counter area who prepared the meatloaf sandwich. Fortunately, we asked her to split it and she plated half on 2 plates for us. See the attached picture to see how huge a half sandwich is! The meatloaf itself was a bit dry and more like a medium well hamburger patty than a moist meatloaf with seasoning inside. HOWEVER, that seasonings put on top/ below the meat slice were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend you try it, or one of the other sandwiches!!!! Atmosphere is what you expect for a walk up with a few seats at a counter, in a busy market area. YUM

Good stuff here. Between my spouse and I we had a ham and Swiss croissant, and bacon and egg croissant, a chocolate croissant, and a blueberry and lemon muffin. All of them were good and the prices were reasonable for what we got. The cashier was friendly and moved the short line along quickly. Finding the shop was a bit of a process but that was more of an us problem haha. Worth a visit, and revisit honestly.

We had passed this place a couple times in our Pike Place Market adventures, so I decided to stop by here for some small snacks. I ordered the almond delight and the spinach and feta crossaint. The prices were incredibly reasonable for baked goods, which I was pleasantly surprised by. There was one person ahead of us in line, but that went by pretty quickly. I then went up to the window and told the person what I wanted, and they got it for me, and then I paid. The almond delight was really good. The spinach and feta crossaint was good, too. I think it could have used a little more feta flavor, but overall, for how much it was, I cannot complain too much. I would definitely come back here if I were in the area and try more of what they have!

Ate breakfast here about 8:30 am on a Friday morning. I had a lox & cream cheese bagel and coffee and it was fantastic. Took about 15 minutes to prepare, but the wait was understandable. I got my food to go and ate at some of the common tables in the market.

Three girls bakery at Pikes Market is a true gem. I always come by when in town for an early morning treat. Today I had a ham and cheddar croissant and a mixed berry scone.
You can see from the pictures that the pastries, cookies and breads are numerous and gorgeous. In the past I have had various types of shortbread. I especially like the lavender one. The lemon bars are awesome and I always have a croissant. The spinach croissant is my wife’s favorite.
The business was founded in 1912 by three unrelated ladies hence the name “Three Girls Bakery”. This is a local treasure and should not be missed!
