First time here, and it won’t be the last! Delicious food! Love the Mista salad with the added fennel which pairs well with the lemon vinaigrette. Margarita pizza was good and basic like it should be. You can tell they use high quality ingredients! The cheese was amazing as well as the crust (baked to perfection in the wood fired oven). The meatball appetizer was phenomenal! Best meatballs we ever had. The only dish that could be better in our opinion would be the garlic bread. It’s probably supposed to be non-traditional so to speak, it was good.

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated and that’s the only reason this wasn’t a 5/5, 100% great review.

I come here because I crave the mista salad. So good, light, and different. We had a quiet booth, and tried the butternut squash appetizers. WOW. Candied pecans, beautiful slices of perfectly roasted squash, goat cheese, balsamic drizzle on a bed of arugula. I wish I had taken a photo but we devoured it. We also tried the 800 pizza. Yum. A perfect pairing of spice and rich creamy cheese to cut the heat. The sauce ratio was excellent and crust was done exactly right. We had a perfect meal and will be back. Service was wonderful too.

My wife and I have hit the lunch buffet a couple of times. We were surprised, in a very good way, of the salad bar selections. It’s nice to have a variety that isn’t normally offered on most salad bars. Pizza is pretty good. They definitely don’t skimp on the cheese. The cheese sauce and breadsticks are fantastic! Worth every penny for $15

This was our second time here. The first time we came, we said we would only come back without our kids so we could actually enjoy ourselves but their vegan pizza is so good we just couldn’t wait for a babysitter. I won’t go into all the details but let me just say besides the food being delicious, fresh, and interesting, the staff at Three Fires went above and beyond especially our server Megan. Honestly they made us feel like family. Cannot wait until we can go back for a date night.

01.27.2023. I got the Chicken Bacon Club on gluten free crust and had them drizzle Buffalo Sauce on it. Very Good! I recommend. Added more photos. 10.22.22. Open for lunch!! Great lunch specials that include drink and salad!Good food and service. Good beer selection. This barely begins to describe how good Three Fires Pizza on Illinois Road is. We have visited the store a few times for lunch and dinner and we are not ever disappointed. The Mista salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had. They have a wide variety of wood fired pizzas each of them are very very good. They have some great appetizers including a roasted cauliflower that I like to get with chicken to add some protein. I think the meat lovers pizza. They do have gluten-free crust available and the pizzas are well done and very tasty on the gluten-free crust. Also shout out to the chef on this one. We picked up a pan and a half of the Mista salad for a rehearsal dinner and the presentation was absolutely amazing. Salad was fantastic. It came with dressing on the side and serving utensils. It was a huge hit.

Three Fires is fire! Sorry I don’t have any pictures to share. We were too busy stuffing our faces. A friend and I went there for the first time yesterday. I had the buffet and she ordered a small cheese pizza and a chopped salad. I have to say I was super impressed by the variety on their salad bar. I concocted one plate of salad and it was very delicious. I had some of their vegan pasta and vegetable hot dish and it was excellent! I read the descriptions of their pizzas on the menu to see what sounded good. I wasn’t 100% sure what all of the pizzas were on the buffet but I tried the ones that looked good to me. After reading the menu I assured myself there was no way I would enjoy the vegan pizza with vegan cheese. I selected three slices of pizza. I took a bite of one and it was a bit spicy and so tasty! When I asked the server what it was she said it was the vegan Thai Pizza. it was my favorite! I never would have known it was vegan cheese. The cheese was very creamy and I loved the spiciness level. I never had cauliflower on a pizza but I usually like to try new things. I really liked the chewiness and freshness of the crust. I had a piece that was just pepperoni pizza and the sauce and cheese were delicious. I will say that we chose to go to the buffet later as to avoid the lunch crowd. That meant there wasn’t much to choose from as far as Pizza and they didn’t continue adding more pizzas since there weren’t many customers. I did see one customer request a pizza and it came out with pineapple on it. I am not a fan of pineapple on pizza but I’m happy for those who enjoy it. I saw the cook ask another customer if there was any other Pizza she wanted and she requested a really small something or other that he took directly to her table instead of putting it on the buffet. I thought that was a nice touch for customer service. I would have requested something myself but I was already very full. I definitely want to go again and maybe not wait quite so late to get there. They also have an option to make a salad and carry it out which I thought was really nice since their salad bar is really great. I would definitely recommend them and I would go back just to get pizza or salad and not the buffet also.

Hands down my favorite pizza place. I travel a lot for work and have dined in many different places and this place takes the crown for world’s best in my book. It’s a great place to take a business partner, your family~ I’ve even come here on dates. The atmosphere is *chefs kiss*. Their staff is knowledgeable and attentive! Their kitchen crew is always willing to make substitutions and their servers, bartenders, and hosts are always fast, friendly, and efficient. This particular visit I wasn’t sure what I wanted to drink but I knew I wanted something light. The bartender Melissa recommended a perfect cider that complimented my meal very well and was exactly what I didn’t know I needed! My meal consisted of a chop salad (no meat, sub cucumber) and their marvelous “three fires Mac and cheese”. That Mac and Cheese is literally my life essence. It’s creamy, delicious, and has a slight delightful smoky flavor from them putting it in one of their wood fired ovens. This place knows what they’re doing! I didn’t even eat half of it because it’s such a big and filling dish. It looks like they even have a different special for each day of the work week (excluding Friday) that includes a “kids eat free” Tuesday for dine in guests. We love a local business that cares about the kiddos!
