Fluffy, non greasy crust, fabulous flavor! I got the pickle pizza and the 800 pizza- the 800 was a little too spicy for me but still delicious. The pizza was amazing. 100% will be back again! Also got an appetizer, that was fantastic too. Pictured- the appetizer and pickle pizza

Three Fires Pizza really impressed me. The crust was spot‑on—crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, exactly how a good pizza base should be. Their appetizers were a standout, packed with flavor and clearly made with care. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of their menu; the selection was much larger than I expected, offering plenty of options beyond the classics.

I hate to leave bad reviews for local businesses, but this place has gone so far downhill in the last two years it’s mind-boggling. We have been steady customers for many years and came back one night just to try again. It is dirty from the moment you walk in the door with the waiting area full of empty pizza boxes and some kind of cooler that you basically trip over. The bathrooms are disgusting. The whole place needs a fresh paint job. Tonight we ordered the chopped salad which we go here specifically for. It was not chopped at all, and it was so salty it was inedible. The pizza was so bland even our kid wasn’t interested in eating it. When we expressed, nicely, our concerns to our server, she could not care less and basically avoided us the rest of the time. This place used to be our family’s Friday night tradition and we are officially done with that.

This place ROCKS! I have dietary restrictions (gluten and garlic allergy) and my waitress was EXTREMELY helpful in helping out with my order and being so kind about it. She informed me which pizza sauces do not contain garlic and that was very helpful! I also love that they have a gluten free crust (also have a cauliflower crust if your into that) but the GF crust was super good and tasted normal! I was super happy to find a new restaurant that does not make me sick due to my food allergies! I will definitely be coming back!! The food was very delicious and well made!

This has been one of our favorite pizza spots for years. Today, we arrived 5 minutes after open. All doors were closed. The host / our server was extremely unfriendly. Pushed the door open without saying hello, didn’t say hello at any point, and was so rude the whole time. She Didn’t explain the difference in how many slices there are per pizza when I asked, simply said they had no pizza slice servers when we asked for them, and was simply an unpleasant person for the service industry. The pizzas also were less wood-fire tasting than they usually are, and I found a hair in my salad. There were Boxes were sitting out, and the bathrooms weren’t clean.

Went to have nice dinner. They weren’t busy but took 10 mins to be seated at the bar; no biggie but then ordered a pizza. I would not feed homeless with the pizza they severed me. Attached is the picture of the pizza where they’re supposed to have basil tomatoes, etc. It was nothing but dough. Never going back even if they’re last pizza place on this planet. I ordered a 9″ pomodoro with extra ricotta cheese. The toppings barely covered half the pie. It was just slapped in the middle with several inches of bare pizza crust. I didn’t want extra ricotta on top of ricotta. I was hoping it would be placed generously about the whole pie. This is ridiculous! I just noticed the review from a dine-in customer who ordered the same pie….his looked like crap not worth eating also! This spot has potential, but if they don’t change things…. they’re done, and soon!

First time here, and it won’t be the last! Delicious food! Love the Mista salad with the added fennel which pairs well with the lemon vinaigrette. Margarita pizza was good and basic like it should be. You can tell they use high quality ingredients! The cheese was amazing as well as the crust (baked to perfection in the wood fired oven). The meatball appetizer was phenomenal! Best meatballs we ever had. The only dish that could be better in our opinion would be the garlic bread. It’s probably supposed to be non-traditional so to speak, it was good.

Hey Foodie Fans! So let’s talk about Three Fires Pizza! OMG the food is absolutely amazing. We’ve been twice so far and I’m already wanting to go back. Our server Autumn was a whole vibe! It’s so refreshing to see someone that enjoys their job and knows the menu. They have delicious vegan options! We ate the Pane Pazzo with the marinara dipping sauce. Both times we went. Then the first time we went we had half 800 degrees vegan pizza and it was good. The cauliflower on the pizza was a bit big from my liking. The other half was the Thai Pizza and it was so yummy! The second time we went, we had half pepperoni pizza vegan with sausage and a couple other toppings on it. Other half was Verdure and to be honest this pizza was Dynamite! Now let us please have a moment of silence for this oatmeal pie cookie dessert! You guys when we tried to get it the second time it was sold out they also had some other vegan cookie options but they were okay but I’d wait in line for that oatmeal pie cookie lol!!! Tasty sangrias too!! All in all I give this place a 10 out of 10! Let me know what you guys think!

UPDATE: 9.8.2023 three fires on Illinois Road has introduced a pizza and salad bar! It’s a small buffet back in the bar area of the restaurant where they showcase many different kinds of pizzas and appetizers. As well as an amazing salad bar with every ingredient from every salad that they make. They had a couple of pasta selections and a soup on the buffet as well. I have some updated pictures below and a picture of the time frames that the buffet is available! You have to go check this out!
01.27.2023. I got the Chicken Bacon Club on gluten free crust and had them drizzle Buffalo Sauce on it. Very Good! I recommend. Added more photos. 10.22.22. Open for lunch!! Great lunch specials that include drink and salad!Good food and service. Good beer selection. This barely begins to describe how good Three Fires Pizza on Illinois Road is. We have visited the store a few times for lunch and dinner and we are not ever disappointed. The Mista salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had. They have a wide variety of wood fired pizzas each of them are very very good. They have some great appetizers including a roasted cauliflower that I like to get with chicken to add some protein. I think the meat lovers pizza. They do have gluten-free crust available and the pizzas are well done and very tasty on the gluten-free crust. Also shout out to the chef on this one. We picked up a pan and a half of the Mista salad for a rehearsal dinner and the presentation was absolutely amazing. Salad was fantastic. It came with dressing on the side and serving utensils. It was a huge hit.
