WOW!!! The tenderloin sandwich is the best I have ever ate. Made to order, crispy and piping hot! Worth the almost 2 hour drive. The cheese balls were good also. The fries were not my favorite a bit soggy but they politely made me another batch and they were a bit crispy. Service was exceptional and friendly. I again can’t say enough about the tenderloin. Next time I will pass on the bun because this sandwich needs no help with taste. I also met the owner and he was the sweetest gentleman ever. Had a nice talk about his diner. Super spot. On my top list of food joints. A MUST TRY!!! A+++++

Being small town diner u would think more fresh made food. Had cheese curds and was just the normal frozen stuff in stores. Onion rings had flavor but soggy. I love thin onion rings but little too thin and no crisp at all. Lacked the breading . Def can do better with more effort being a smaller diner

My server kolyn was incredible at her job, always asking me if I’m content and helping me when I had questions. The food though was okay the onion rings were way too thin and the spiral potato is cooked way too long.

Had 4 pieces chix with vinegar coleslaw. Holy cow! The chix was hot and juicy! And the slaw was amazing with great flavor! The only thing I can complain about is the plastic silverware and the out dates decor. Other than that, great place to stop and eat, and I will definitely be stopping in again.

This little restaurant is placed in Corning Iowa it has the small town atmosphere witch is nice from the city feel the place itself is small but the fried chicken the locals come in and they all know each other witch was nice home cooking breakfast hamburgers great juicy coffee seasonal shake pumpkins pie shake delicious I give this place friendly 5 stars across the board thank you

Driving by Three C’s looks like a place you would miss, but all the vehicles in the parking lot will tell you it is likely a great place to stop. Great it was. Food was awesome, service and coffee were great, and prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get.
If you have time to sit and chat and have some coffee…consider this a 5 from me. Only knock was the time it took to get the food, but it wasn’t terrible, just not as fast as you might expect from a morning cafe…but man was the food worth waiting for.
I had the stacked hasbrowns that has hashbrowns with egg, cheese and your choice of meat topped with another level of hashbrowns…awesome! My son had the short stack, chocolate chip pancakes, but don’t be fooled by the name…the stack is short, but they are big. He said they were the best pancakes he could remember.

Although it appears unassuming, there is a whole lot of wonderful happening here at Three C’s! We came for the pork tenderloin sandwich, and it certainly did not disappoint. My favorite pork tenderloin sandwich to date! And the home made onion rings! Fresh brewed iced tea. Fresh soft serve. And to top it off, the service is incredible! Do your part and patronize this joint when you can.

The 2018 Iowa’s best tenderloin champion did not disappoint. This small diner has a delicious tenderloin and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich my wife says is better than anything she has had in the Des Moines Metro.

Food was great and plenty of it we all left stuffed and had leftovers. I had the pork tenderloin with onion rings . Also they could tell me if they put msg ( monosodium glutamate)in their food because I am allergic to it.
