Three Brothers Burgers is an independent Burger & Craft Beer Boat in the center of Bristol. Considered in our approach to all things, we carefully source ingredients, supporting small, local suppliers to create the Three Brothers Burgers experience – a good time, like no other! At Three Brothers Burgers we make ‘steak’ burgers, not crushed, bashed, or smashed burgers, steak burgers. What that means is our burgers are made with a special blend of flavorsome cuts such as chuck and brisket and then we balance it out with dry-aged prime cuts like rib cap and rump steak, therefore we cook and season each burger to order, just like a prime steak resulting in a delicious grilled crust and a juicy, beefy interior. Just like a good steak.

The burgers were juicy and absolutely delicious, and the fries were great as well. We got the lunch deal, which offers excellent value. Service was quick and efficient, you order through a scanned QR code. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, and there are toilets available for customers too. They serve the food on metallic plates, which felt like a nostalgic throwback, definitely added to the experience. A solid spot for a casual and satisfying meal.

We got a text about 10 minutes after ordering saying our order hadn’t gone through which was impressive. Not sure why but it said to contact the team so we did and it was sorted quickly.
Allergies wise it says on some of the menu items but not all. It also says in the notes to add it to the specific item but when you tried to do that for my burger you couldn’t see the allergies or add notes. Luckily at the end of the order you have “special requests” section for the whole order (which says not to add allergy notes here but as there was nowhere else that’s where we had to do it) and we added the note there instead. Staff said to add it to the order this way so at least it was on there and they’d let the kitchen know.
The fries don’t come with the burger so we shared some as it was a little pricey but still well worth it!

Juicy beef patty served in a proper bun with a real tasty sauce and just enough vegetables to balance the meat perfectly. The lunch deal is unbeatable, and once you went there for lunch and had the basic burger, you will want to try the other burgers too. Good selection of beers and ciders (on tap as well as bottled), plenty of seating, friendly service.

Came here after walking by and my partner being intrigued by the menu, and wow I’m so happy we decided to eat here!
As a vegetarian, a lot of places offer “vegetarian alternatives” that feel super lacking. I’m happy to report that not only did I have extensive choice (I think everything on the menu can be vegetarian, and most things vegan), but also the food I ordered was incredible! I haven’t had such an amazing vegetarian burger in a long long time. We also got the fried jalapenos and those were delicious. My partner said that their meaty burger was also the best they’ve had in a long time.
The staff were also super friendly and the space was warm and cozy. I highly recommend coming here for delicious burgers!

Delicious burger – I went with their ‘Frenchie’ – friendly folks, excellent atmosphere & good cider. Excellent quality food, appropriately priced.
Didn’t mind the wait for the table at all, but the 45 minute wait from order was excessive. Still, a highly recommended place.
