Very surprised at the result I got based on all these positive reviews. I ordered a dozen Cherry danish and was surprised at the 75 dollar price tag but thought as long as they are delicious I won’t mind. They look good but there’s more air inside than filling and the bread is hard. We tried to warm them to soften it but it did nothing for the hardness. Overall very disappointed in the product in general and especially for the price it came at.

April 2023 Review
I’m really impressed with my birthday day cake. Strawberry chocolate layered cake with light fluffy icing. It was so delicious and sugar-free, but you would never know it. Oh, and gluten-free also. The donuts are worth trying as well, so light airy and fluffy. Give three bears bakery a try ! You will not regret it, and you can feel less guilty with gluten and sugar-free baked goods. Thank you I personally enjoyed this cake more than an original cake.
Christmas 2023 review
I absolutely love this place. We tried the pizza breakfast yum, the hamburger buns were delish, and I picked up log cabin cake . Gingerbread cinnamon espresso cream cheese cake for my fiance’s birthday. Omg the flavor is so cool better than a cookie by far. Sweet, creamy, cinnamon flavor paired with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. He loved it.

UPDATE 4/28/24 so happy three bears bakery was able to fit my sons 1yr b day cake in. Very pleased with the cake and care in making this cake for my son. I am always impressed with quality, quantity, attention to detail, a friendly atmosphere, and taste. Thank you for making this moment extra special with Ethan’s 1yr Birthday celebration. I requested a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.

Loved our wedding cake! We got to go in and do a cake tasting and were given so many flavors to choose from! When you are diabetic it’s rare to have any options when it comes to sweet treats so it was awesome to actually get to choose the flavors we wanted. Then our cake turned out great, and it tasted just as good at it looked:)

This might seem like an exaggeration, but this bakery truly changed the quality of my life. I’m a diabetic, and I have a severe gluten allergy. Unfortunately, bread is my favorite food on the planet. Three Bear Bakery gave me bread back!!! Along with cheesecake and too many treats to mention. This business is truly a family affair, and it’s clear that they put their entire heart into it. I stop by almost every single week to enjoy a small pleasure I thought I lost. The customer service is equivalent to seeing a friend every time you stop by, and I’m beyond in love with this place. Never question, you make an impact! You 10000% do!

I spent over $12 per loaf only to come home and find out that my regular bread loaf wasn’t even properly cooked and is doughy along with a center piece just missing. The sourdough is missing a large chunk in middle. The bread is just too expensive and small to not even been cooked all the way. I was really excited to have found a gluten free bakery but it’s honestly just not worth the price for what you get.
Edit: The sourdough was literally handed to me by the woman at the counter as it was just baked. Not allowing me the chance to choose which one I would like. Regardless, I’m not driving back 25 minutes for another loaf when the first one should’ve been cooked properly and the sourdough should’ve been a full loaf so I can actually use it for sandwiches since the regular loaf is too small.

Great service. I have a gluten allergy. This place is entirely gluten free. They provide good quality gluten free products you normally cannot find at a grocery stores. They also provide shipping as of the date of this review.

So grateful to have keto friendly baked goods available. My very favorite is the French Silk pie. We picked one up for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The kitchen sink dip and cupcakes are also awesome. Definitely give this place a try if you want something keto, gluten free or sugar free that also tastes great!

We visit each week and love the selection of breads, bagels, pizzas, and treats. Monitoring glucose levels in real time for over a year now, my wife and I are always surprised that things that taste so good can be part our lives again. It’s so nice to have options like the 4th of July jelly roll today and the s’mores treat last week that don’t disrupt our health and wellness goals. Who would have thought that this bakery in the Midwest could create a low carb and sugar-free ube dessert that is native to my home country? I was blown away by how they made these delectable ube cupcakes and ube with ganache cheesecakes which somehow took a part of me back home. Every single item I have had from them has been outstanding! The cleanliness of their store plus the quality and presentation/packaging of their items have been excellent!
