Amazing food, very flavourful. Quaint restaurant with a simple yet tasteful decor and great service. We were starving and the food came quick an piping hot.
The green curry was delicious and so was the stir fry. The noodles were good but the portion could have been bigger. The gravies were runnier than usual but still very balanced and full of flavour.
I would definitely go again and try the rest of the menu.

If you’re in the area and want to have some amazing, flavourful Thai food, this is definitely the place for you!! My family and I enjoyed our meals on their outdoor patio which was very relaxing and serene. We ordered meals 5, 5.1, 9.1, Thai milk tea, and the Thai beavertails for just a light lunch. All of them were fantastic and super tasty. The Thai milk tea was especially refreshing on such a hot day. The service was also excellent, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Just a note that they only accept debit, cash (with a discount) or e-transfer, and that they have a second location at Wasaga Beach. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

We’ve been going to Thonburi Thai for years, from their earlier locations to their current one, and it has always been exceptional. Whether it’s a cozy dinner for two or a lively group of twelve, the experience and food are consistently outstanding. These days I mostly order takeout, and every order has been perfectly accurate with the same high-quality flavors we love. My personal favorite is dish #30 with beef, an absolute hit every single time. A true go-to for consistently excellent Thai food.

The food was great and flavourful. We got the yum nua beef salad, gang panang curry, pad prik king, and 2 Thai teas. They all tasted very different and delicious. The sticky rice with mango, lychee, and taro for dessert was done very nicely. Recommend for anyone who is looking to try something new or are experienced with Thai food and seeking your new favourite spot.
The staff were pleasant and polite. The restaurant interior was beautifully authentic but modern. Great for a photos.
Bonus if you come on Tuesday evenings and you can enjoy a lively night of classic rock/folk/ jazz music from a local trio! Definitely a hidden gem and worth travelling a few minutes outside of the collingwood downtown core.

We tried Kow Soi (chicken) and Pad Thomburi (beef). Both were very delicious. The soup was tangy and creamy- perfect for a cold day. The pad Thai had a sweet taste to it and the noodle was perfectly tender amd chewy. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. The other best part was they offer halal chicken and beef.
