Since 2014, This Lil Piggy has focused on serving the best fusion Barbeque by blending the finest of Hawaii, Texas and Southern cooking styles and flavor profiles. Guided by an international palate, we use fresh, local ingredients grown here in Hawaii and mix them with the best quality meat found locally. This combination of flavors and textures makes our award winning Barbeque the top choice among locals. Our chefs make everything in small batches from our home base in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. To achieve optimal flavor, we use a few tropical selections including Kiawe wood which is a native to tropical areas and all grown here in paradise. Every bite is worth your patience.

Peach sweet tea, water, and our 3 choice plate. Upgraded for the Texas brisket and beans and brisket meats. Total came to about 47. It was definitely worth it. Enough food to share between two people.

Pretty good BBQ as far as Oahu is concerned and its right near Wahiawa/Mililani. To get to this restaurant, you need to walk through the distillery store and go out the back door and its there. No big deal. Parking was free and the distillery is awesome too. I got the TX brisket 1.2lb and it was outstanding.

I got a sausage combo and the brisket n beans, with the sliders! All of which were so dang good! The bbq here is so good! They sell out fast so I didn’t get to try the ribs or the brisket but I will be back!

SaintLouis style ribs were fall off the bone tender. Dry rub was salty for my taste and the sauces were okay. Service was fast. The tro sausage plate was good and smokey. I especially liked the spicy cheese sausage. A nice combination of flavers.

A little lost trying to get here but I was able to go through the shop and head out back to where the take out window was. There are benches where you can sit down and eat. They give out electric fly swatters for the flies and you get a nice view! The sausage trio and the smoked meat were great.

Updated review. We’ve been back so many times lol everything is just as yummy. Their ribs are thick and juicy and as someone from “the South” but raised on island, I’d never say the food is UNSEASONED.
They have the only rib plate worth eating in 1 sitting. I get them every time for myself.

This place is pretty amazing. Best smoked meat I’ve ever had, best beans and ribs were flavorful. Kailua and brisket was kinda dry not too much flavor but overall will be back again. Also be aware that the menu that’s shown isn’t updated on prices. A few things I got were more than it says on the menu.

Everything was amazing amd is a must stop! My husband and father-in-law are BBQ experts and have done competitions – they were both very impressed with each item we ordered. We had the ribs, brisket, sausage trio, imu-kahlua pork, and peach iced tea. Each meat item was tender, smokey, moist, and super flavorful. The side of coleslaw was the best we had from BBQ joints. The peach iced tea is a summer special and super peachy with 2 wedges of peaches in the drink. It is located behind and through the Ko Hana Distillers, which is a rum distillery. We stopped by after lunch for tastings and we wanted to take it all home with us. Both places are a must!
