Amazing food and service. Everyone who walked in while I was there was greeted by name and treated like a friend. My first visit I had great interaction and the second they were calling me by name.
The waffles have great texture, come with 3 or 4 full wings syrup up powder sugar and hot sauce.
Friend needs gluten free so they made sure to grill him a pork chop with no breading and held the bun but provided all the rest and he raved over both the flavor and the service.
Highly recommend.

The food is made to order so it’s real hot and fresh, they have pink lemonade and sodas, they also have a condiments station where you can get sauce or add salt and pepper to your taste (which is perfect for kids, the elderly, or anyone who likes their food a certain way). The atmosphere is like being at grandma’s house with old school r&b music playing in the background. The customer service is amazing and everyone is so kind here. I highly recommend eating here when you have the chance or after Sunday service

Food is great and everything is homemade. My bro’s go once a week atleast. The orders take some time to get ready, but food is fresh and some of those best chicken wings in the city. My friends love the drinks here too. I love the waffles.

Owner/cook was very nice and the portions were very generous! My only complaint is that the patty wasn’t seasoned and the burger was so wet that when I tried to eat it, the whole thing fell apart. It was a knife and fork burger for sure, but the wet bun from heavy burger grease wasn’t good.

I work in the area and a coworker suggested the place. We arrived just before closing time and bit was not a problem at all! We were greeted with a smile! The service was top notch. Food was plentiful and prepared to order. Can I say it was super delicious. I had the chicken & waffle as it caught my eye from the time I opened the menu. The wings were mouth watering and the waffle was a perfect compliment .. needless to say I will return! We enjoyed the VIP like service… Showed up @ 130 pm and close at 2 pm. They were very grateful. The food was fresh and hot and so tasty. I think the team at This Iz Itneeds to be commended!

You always get hot fresh food. My favorite is the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately they had ran out of wigs this day.

I am sad that I have to write this review because I have told many people about how good this restaurant for over the years. However, my experience today was one that I did not expect nor deserve as the lady who cooks, who I am assuming is the owner, so freely went out of her way to be unkind, was very disrespectful and did not take the time to even reason with a customer. The food is wonderful and I take nothing away from that, but she could work on her customer service skills.

Was visiting from texas we have never been here before walked in and we were greeted with a smiling face she was so kind! Makes all her food right then it was delicious! Fried chicken so crispy I loved it! My husband got a hamburger he loved his too! She was so kind gave us yellow cake chocolate icing which is my hubby’s favorite! And her special juice! Everything was amazing!
