We were visiting from Florida for a funeral in Georgia. A friend of mine told me to try the soul food restaurant. This is it. Due to time restraint, we were not able to go to the restaurant. But Lowe and behold.
The Repass was catered by This Is it corporate banquet hall. The food was delicious. The staff was courteous and the owner spent time speaking with us, and he knew people that we knew it really is a small world. We enjoyed his company and his food. Make sure you try it out if you are ever in Atlanta, Georgia.

My daughter and I went to the Stockbridge location on 07/12/2025.. we ordered the whiting dinner, the $23 create your own and a veggie plate. the food quality was not like I have ever experienced, the cabbage were hard, the catfish was not fried as I asked (hard) and it had the fishy smell, I asked for rib tips, but only have bones, the mac and cheese had a burnt look and smell and overall this was horrible. I spent over $50 and still have to go spend more because this was not good at all..
I understand a lot of changes are going on, but I should be able to enjoy what I pay for and this was BAD.

I live in Vinings , my son works in the camp creek area and bought me a plate from the canteen location.. the food was dry and old. I am a kidney transplant, so we did not eat the food, we threw it away, so when I called the manager the next day, I told him where I lived, he told me to put both plates in the freezer and whenever I can bring it back they would make the food over. Did not say I would offer a refund or anything. Was my first time trying and my last time.

I wanted to share my experience at the This Is It location in Eastpoint CampCreek on Memorial Day. A couple of friends and I were really looking forward to our meal, but unfortunately, none of the three dishes we ordered met our expectations. We truly felt disappointed, especially after spending $70. The wings and ribs just didn’t taste good, and it would have been a much better experience to grab a meal at Popeyes instead. We would appreciate a full refund for our meal.

I just visited the Fayetteville GA location. Unfortunately, the food was awful and too expensive. I ordered rib tips they tasted like there were boiled and put in the oven a few minutes. No taste at all and no char grill flavor. The cabbage was so bland and the macaroni cheese dint taste right at all like it normally would taste.

I am writing to give a review for your location in Union City Ga. First the young lady that was at the drive thru tonight need to be retrained!!! Very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to customers!!! I never had this problem with the older ladies!!! Secondly, the rib tips and St Louis ribs are horrible!! The rib tips be so hard even after asking and being told they are tender I get home just to find out they are hard!!! I love your restaurant and never had a complaint until this one was out over near me and start eating there!!! Last but not least please if you gone advertise the rib tips make sure all your stores have tender and easy to chew rib tips thanks a million

I came in to the Stockbridge Ga location for a create your plate on March 22 2021 around 8p. The man and woman in charge of dishing out food were extremely rude and unmannerly, the poor girl at the register was the only genuinely nice person and she was even annoyed with her co workers when she asked to replace a side for me. I ordered beef tips that night, they are usually tender but this night unfortunately they were overcooked, so overcooked that I hurt my tooth.
I went back the following day on March 23, 2021 I spoke with the day time manager and she was very nice and took down my name for the night manager so I could come back in to have my food replaced. When I arrived around 7p that night the manager (different than one earlier in the day) was extremely rude and cold towards me and no apology was given. This location seems to LACK ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPRECIATION SADLY.
I called corporate and spoke with a Lucinda who documented what happened to me and said she would call me back. But never did and it’s been two weeks. Very disappointing. This location just lost a loyal customer and long time catering business from me

Nice venue to hold private events. The place needs some updating in the bathrooms though and the lighting. The location had plenty of parking for about 50 vehicles. Fairly clean. After decorating, the place presented much better. Reasonably priced as well.

On customer appreciation day I stood in line over 20 min waiting to be served. Finally upon being asked what would I like, I ordered a vegetable plate and cornbread. They were out of cornbread and I was told that the restaurant advertised they could run out of items. I was not told we have some cooking…I was not asked if I could wait a few…I was not offered an alternative. I stated I only ate my vegetables with the cornbread.
