I was headed on my drive back to Michigan, pulled off at mcds to get a fish samwich, on a hunch I googled area restaurants and found this hidden gem.
Currently only open Thursday-Sunday.
I got the rib tips, greens and fries-awesome meal, best greens I’ve ever had, tips and fries very good as well.
Great prices as well, don’t pass this place up.

Best fried chicken ever. Ever! Good smoky bbq too. And the pound cake was wonderful too. We stopped here traveling through from New York and it was the best eating on a two week trip through the south. Ask for suggestions and follow what they recommend.

Outstanding food, atmosphere and staff. We were passing through headed back to Atlanta and found #1 BBQ. Had the rib tips with fries and chicken salad sandwich. All were freshly made and tasted excellent. The facilities are spotless, plenty of parking, and the staff were like family. Will definitely return. 6 Stars!
