Bar staff was friendly and attentive. Food is good, but it took over an hour to get it from being ordered. An entire table got their order before us and half our group was done before the last people got there food. They also charge for bottled water and won’t give tap for some reason. This place would benefit from asking if people are ording food and giving a heads up on how long orders are going to take. Getting part of somones order out first is another idea. Won’t eat here again unless they can get food out quicker.

Off the main road, gotta look for it, but oh man is it worth it! The ribeye steak sandwich was fantastic, not fatty, and the sweet potato waffle fries were great. We also had a double smash burger with cheese which was amazing! The Old Fashioned was spot on as well. Will definitely be coming back!

I don’t know what was better the staff or the food. Best long island I’ve had in a long time. I had the special; jalapeno smash burger… phenomenal. My husband had their BBQ burger and said it was fantastic.

The food is great but watch out for the wait.
The fella on the phone said it would be about 40 minutes and it was closer to 1-1/2 hours.
This is my 1st experience with the Thirsty Wrangler and found they don’t respect your time as a customer.
If you have 2 hours available for a burger and drink, this is your place.
We will try again – hopefully they can be a little more accurate with their estimated wait times…

Was just served the best burger, ever. I had the Smash Burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Isaac was the Chef. The burger was super tasty with just the right amount of seasoning. I paired the burger with the pub fries and the Feather in a Hurricane IIIPA by O’so Brewing Company. All good.

We stopped for a few cocktails on a Sunday afternoon. The beer garden was very spacious. The basement had a very nice bar and the staff was super friendly. Cute bar off the beaten path worth visiting.

A new addition to a village in Preston – adjacent to Fennimore , WI. Always a favorite of ours. The building before was Cheers II but they retired (and for a short time WISCO 608).
A totally different atmosphere now. Love places with good tapped beer served in a chilled glass mug. Prices are reasonable and the Friday night special (cod, perch & shrimp) is incredible. Enjoy !!!

Food and drinks were very good. Very nice indoor seating and bar area. Also has an outdoor bar which we took advantage of on the nice sunny day.
