We love visiting Thirsty Farmer and have never been disappointed with our meals. The family friendly atmosphere makes this a spot where everyone can be comfortable. On this particular visit, we enjoyed some build your own sandwiches, and I tried the gobbler panini special (delightful!). In warmer weather the porch area and picnic tables are inviting, and the dog jumping is so much fun to watch. Of course, no visit is complete without a few of your favorite brews (we enjoy mixing it up with flights) and warm apple and pumpkin donuts to go.

Stunning views and great area to leaf peep. They have some really amazing porters and stouts, and a patio so dogs are welcome – making me a fan. Super reasonably priced and the staff were a delight, can’t wait to go back!

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after hearing about a fundraising event for a local nonprofit. There is a seating area next to the bar and a covered deck. I sat at the bar. The tables were mostly full. Bar service was quick and bartenders were friendly. I had a pale ale and a kiwi-strawberry sour. Both were good. I never know with sours if a whole glass is too much and sometimes I get half way through and am like, nope, I don’t want the rest of that but this one was pretty good and I had no problem finishing it.

I ordered a salad – it looked bit nicer than the pic I took because I wasn’t thinking about a picture before I started chowing down. There was a good amount of pulled chicken on there and it was good.

It looked to me like they might have some outdoor space as well for relaxing and enjoying the environment. It was raining when I stopped but I did see a dog jumping pool from the deck.

Nice place to stop and have a brew if you’re in the area.

A little out of the way, but we’ll worth the adventure. Good beer. Good food, great staff. Definitely add it to your list if you’re out and about in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania.

Great beer and the cutest atmosphere! Also don’t skip the corn fritters, they’re delightful. We’re from the Lancaster area but heard about this spot and finally made the trip – worth it! Definitely check it out.

Went to see Neil and Shannon perform here last night. The place has a great atmosphere. A little crowded but cozy. We ordered easy with chicken tenders, nachos with pulled pork and cheese sauce and drinks. Hefeweizen was delish (if you’re 21+). Dogs are allowed. Which we met an adorable puppy named Ruby.
Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back again.

We had been to the Thirsty Farmer Brew Works just to try it out. Food was amazing and a large menu of beers made on-site. Flat bread are amazing. We went this time to a private plating and beer pairing. Tickets were bought on line and the event was limited to 50 or so people. There was also the singing duo of Neil and Shannon there for music. They provided great songs and entertainment. The over all foods were excellent. Between each course they would come out and explain the plate and the beer paired with it. Small plates but big on flavor and a nice change from the same old same old. The beers were nice to try and were a great chance to try fresh brewed beers. They also have a quick tour of their brewery. Music, food and drink made it into a very nice event. Looking forward to the next one in the fall.

Stopped out yesterday for lunch and was not disappointed by the food or the cider that I had.

I got a build your own wrap and the combination may have been my own but they did everything right. Pulled chicken was moist and delicious!

The staff was super accommodating and friendly and I love the relaxed and clean atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
