Update: I was so impressed that Ethan took the time to reach out to me to get more feedback to what might be causing longer waits. He ensured me that they were making some adjustments and doing more trainings so lines move longer. I will definitely be going back because we love Thirst and appreciate any business that is working to make adjustments and improvements! This company is under great care with Ethan! Thanks so much!

I love the food! So so good, but I just don’t have 20 min to wait every single time I come to visit. (There have only been about 4 cars ahead of me) If you had a little pull up area for orders that weren’t ready and holding up the line that would be amazing!

This was my 2nd time coming here and the drink that i got tasted like the smell of beignets and as someone from louisiana i do not like the beignets from here. i also asked for extra ice and got no ice instead. I do like the free popcorn but mine was stale and cold which was not pleasant. The price for a 32 oz is still more expensive then the 44 oz at swig (not trying to compare) I payed $4.22 for a 32oz for the same drink that i can get from swig in a larger size for $4.07 at swig. The service was great though. Have a happy day 😉

The employees are very nice and polite, which makes the experience better. However, the wait times are consistently long — I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru several times for over 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead. The food takes a long time to come out, and the drinks could use better flavoring. I hope things improve, since the location is very close and convenient.

Had the best night at the thirst grand opening! The staff was so kind and friendly, and their where tons of activities. We provided the mobile mini golf and it was so fun to see so many people have fun and enjoy it (Par Tee Pro Events). There was also a bounce house, face painting and a DJ. The ballon arch was sweet. Their drinks and treats never disappoint. I love the beignets and the pretzel bites. The scotcharoo’s are amazing along with the sugar cookies they were handing out samples all night. They also have free popcorn and end every order with have a happy day. It’s my favorite soda shop in all of utah and i’m so glad they are down in utah county now ( super excited for the saratoga springs/lehi location to open later this year). They also have the coolest interior at this storefront, their is plenty of seating and photos opportunities. Overall it was a great event and it was amazing to see how Ethan and his teams hard work has payed off. Also so amazing to see the community showing up!

Came for the grand opening to try beignets for the first time. The line was killer but to be expected.

They provide 2 beignets, one powdered and one sugared. They were quite tasty! I would definitely try again.

I also got a Spa Water but it’s subpar. I wanted a water base but thought it would still be flavorful. It was really light and not a ton of fruit let alone fruit juices in it. The pricing was also odd on the menu. They charge a base price for the size cup you get and then any toppings that already come in the drink cost extra.

I want to start by saying the staff at this shop were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the variety was seriously impressive. You can tell a lot of care goes into the creativity and presentation of their offerings, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.

That said, I did have an unfortunate experience with one of the donuts I ordered. Upon picking it up, I initially thought it may have been dropped on the ground based on how it looked. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like there were tiny dark metallic-looking shards embedded under the glaze—possibly from the tongs or some other kitchen equipment. The metal is such a precise line that I really have to believe it came from tongs or something. This was concerning enough that I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I’m annoyed I broke off a piece in the car while driving and didn’t notice until I got home and picked it up.

I’m hoping this was just a one-off issue, and I’d still be willing to come back and give it another try because everything else about the visit was positive. I’d just encourage the team to double-check for any potential contamination like this going forward.

Been a fan, but that’s dying. Came by last Sunday with friends the girl seem to be annoyed to help us. She had a salty attitude. Came by tonight same girl didn’t seem like she wants to be there. We just grab our stuff and left. We didn’t want to be a “inconvenience “ to her. “Have a happy day?” Start with the staff. Food was dry and stale must been held for a while the carbonation was flat. Just another big miss.. Maybe In the future better management would be there.

This was the first time we had come to Thirst. Our daughter had a fundraiser card. We were welcomed and talked to within seconds of entering. Ordering was easy and quick.

The free popcorn was not offered. We asked if it was available and was told that they would get it for us. Probably 10 minutes went by and nobody came out with the popcorn so we asked about it..we were told the employee got busy..I can kind of understand that, but there were multiple employees and it seemed to us that there was a lot of talking, but not caring for the customers once we got our drink order.
I understand the popcorn was free and not a necessity, but I feel the customer service wasn’t really there once we had the main thing we came in for.

Had a really negative experience at Thirst today. We have always been fans in the past, I even had them cater my wedding. We went to this location in pleasant grove for the first time through the drive thru. We ordered at 4:26pm The drive thru girl was very kind and gave suggestions. Once we paid and left my mom tried her drink and it tasted awful. I don’t know if it was a poor mixture or just a one off but when I tasted it it tasted like cleaner. They have a sign posted that says if you’re unhappy let us make it right. We drove back and my mom spoke to them at 4:37pm. The drink was obviously still full and she asked the girl at the counter if they could remake or fix her drink. The employee treated her like she was some crazy lady and refused to help her. They made my mom feel so uncomfortable. Basic customer service it would have taken basically no time or money to fix one 24oz drink in our order. Poorly done Thirst

I looove pretzels so I was very excited when Thirst opened. I got their pretzel bites that come overflowing out of a 16 oz cup, the Asiago pragel (pretzel bagel), and their nacho cheese dip which came in a 3.24 oz cup. Everything was soft and hot and was delicious. Their nacho cheese dip was actually nacho cheese and not some gross cheese wiz dip. It had the tiniest kick of spice but my 3 yr old ate it without issue. It was all SO good! Can’t speak on the desserts and drinks, but if you love a good pretzel and good nacho cheese, you will not be disappointed!
