A lady at another coffee shop recommended this place. Said the vibe is very nice. The vibe is indeed different – open space seating with larger couches and table towards the back. There is a nook with bookcase as well. Merchandise includes baseball caps with the Third Space name/logo; they even have baby onesies!
The drive from my Lenexa KS hotel to Bonner Springs where this coffee shop is located was very scenic, took 45 minutes at 8:30am on a weekday, along one lane countryside rolling roads. Just what I needed for an introspective drive before leaving for the airport after 8 days stay in Kansas.
This trip is my first to see a midwestern state, and am glad it couldn’t have been better than Kansas. I love it here, I now know why my boyfriend Matt Dz*****z was born and raised to be such a wonderful downright gentleman.
Third Space (which I found out was aptly named to mean third space aside from your family, your school/close institution) coffee shop has the offerings of really great coffee concoctions. I had an iced pumpkin spice with foam latte. It was as delicious as it looked. I also ordered their sausage, cheese and potato burrito. It was served hot albeit I got it to go. It was hearty and delicious. This shop is truly the neighborhood gem.

Third space coffee has been on my list to try for a while now. I was fortunate that a group I had was meeting here, So I finally was able to try it out. The lunch menu looked tasty but I had missed my morning’s smoothie so I gave their strawberries smoothie a try. Even though it was cold out, I had no trouble Making short work of making my smoothie smoothie disappear. It had everything I would want in the smoothie, Fruit, protein powder, Chia seeds, nut butter, And I can’t remember what type of milk it was but it was not dairy. It was amazing. I would say that I can’t wait to go back to try the other things on the menu, But I enjoyed the smoothie so much I may have a hard time trying not to order it again. But I do need to also try out their Chai latte. I am in search of the perfect chalate in the Kansas City metropolitan area, There are a few that come close to perfect, Many that fall short of even satisfactory. This is a great space for people to get together, They have a conference room that you can reserve for meetings and private gatherings. I will definitely return with family and friends to this space

Favorite coffee shop! We only have chain coffee near my home, so we have adopted Third Space as our neighborhood cafe. If you need a feel-good atmosphere and great coffee and food, get to Third Space. It will be your new favorite!

Love their ice matcha and strawberry fields smoothie! Also love how friendly everyone is and the vibe of the place! Can be a little noisy if I don’t have my headphones but not terrible. Been a great place for me to come for a few hours to get some work done on my computer.

This is my favorite go-to coffee shop!
They have many food options for breakfast and lunch and of course amazing coffee!
The atmosphere is so cozy and I love how they have the choice of cozy chairs and small tables and larger tables for groups.
Having toddlers, I love the little play area in the back so my kids can be entertained while I enjoy a cup of coffee!
They are very busy a lot but it is for good reason! They do offer order ahead pickup orders for those in a hurry.
Great place, people and food/drinks!

Stopped by this darling coffee shop on our way out of town. Of course it had great reviews but WOW did it exceed them. I ordered a caramel cold brew with salted cold foam (with homemade caramel sauce) and I did not want it to end. Literally tried to pour my husband’s cold brew into my cup to use up every last bit of cold foam. I text not one, but two friends saying this could be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back! Also their breakfast burritos were delicious (and huge!).

This was our first time here and it was a great experience! They were super busy but it only took about 10 minutes for us to get our food and drinks. Customer service was great and the atmosphere is super cute and cozy. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was delish! We also got the Trainwreck burrito which was really good, but it does have onions and the menu doesn’t list them in the ingredients. I hate onions so I just picked them out, but the burrito itself was still really good – the gravy on top was amazing! We will absolutely be back!

Love every experience here and honestly just enjoy driving by- the whole vibe is unique and inviting inside and out. Staff are real and kind, the coffee is rich and delicious, and bakery/food items are always on point for the season! A must-go for all the small town coffee-house lovers.

I used to think this place was great because it’s a small town coffee shop and I’ve lived here for a long time but now they have gotten apparently too big for the small town vibe. In basehor I can get a coffee at their small town coffee shop for $6.75(Cold Brew with cold foam) I got a 20 oz at third space and it was $9.36. Not only that, but I told them that I had gotten a smaller version of the same drink the day before and it tasted nothing like what I got this day and he just said it was because it wasn’t mixed up. The Gingerbread drink literally had no flavor and they wouldn’t even rectify my drink when I told them that. Will not be returning unfortunately
