After being closed for 3 years due to a fire, we are finally up and operating again. However, like many other businesses, we are HIGHLY understaffed! My small team of employees are working overtime every week so please be patient with us. If for some reason we didn’t meet your expectations, please ask to speak to me or my sister in law, Susie and we will make it right vs going online and bashing our reputation that we have worked so hard and so many years for. It is very discouraging and frustrating to find out about a bad experience online when we were not given the opportunity to fix the problem. We truly want every customer to have a great experience and to leave our restaurant happy so please give us that chance! Thank you. -Amy

I ordered the club sandwich, which came with bacon, ham, turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes—all incredibly fresh and flavorful. My husband had the brisket sandwich with fries and coleslaw, and the brisket was cooked to perfection with amazing seasoning. We also tried a dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Thig’s BBQ House. The wait time was short, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!
Been coming to Thig’s since 2009, and we moved away right around when the old building burned down. It’s gotten all done up now, but it’s still the same little gem at heart.
You come in and feel so welcomed, and then you get to eat a meal that feels like home. The brisket just falls apart in your mouth, the pulled pork’s perfect, fried chicken’s juicy… The hush puppies are crispy happiness. The banana pudding is a hug. Wash it all down with a sweet tea and you’re SET. We moved away from the area and make a 2-hour trek for this little treat!
I’m rooting for you. You are 2 miles from my house, and brisket is practically a 2nd religion. I’m very glad to hear this is a priority. Best of luck!
Not a fan of the brisket, sadly. Missing smoke ring, not much smoke flavor and cuts don’t look like brisket. Pulled pork is really good, tho.
This is the closest restaurant to my home and I want it to be outstanding! Folks are friendly, prices are fair, selection is great and food is generally very good. Work on the brisket!
