My husband ordered off the menu that was online. I went to pick up pay and it was 62.00 instead what he stated was to be $32. There are 2 different spots to look at the menu when ordering. Poor customer service and when my husband went back to show them and get $$ back they refused. It was a dinner for 2 and another chow mein dish. Original price was 19.95 and 11.95 and they charged 37.95 and 17.95. Not worth the money and terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.
Today I went back and asked to talk to the owner/ manager but again he wasn’t there. I talked to the same employee who was very understanding and kind. He agreed it confusing as the prices are different depending on where you look. I was compensated fairly and felt heard today.
Take away from this – always ask for your total after you have placed an order.

Got the pho and the vegetable rolls. Overall, I think the food was just okay for me. But the service was good and the environment was clean. Price was also very reasonable

I have to modify my review. Now we order #119 veg hot pot with lg rice which is an extra $5. On May 20, 2025 all three Thien’s locations upped the price of their three All Day specials to 1) $8.95 Noodle Bowl 2) $9.95 Mixed Vegetables on Rice noodles if requested) They are served with either chicken, beef, or pork, chefs choice for the chef’s choice, and 3) $6.50 Special small won.

Pros: A good place to have dine in with your family, I gave 2 stars for this location because its convenient to go from down to to 8th street and the have free parking, and the spring rolls was good.
Cons: Took for awhile for them to serve our food. It’s just not fast compared to down Thein. I’m not recommending this resto if your totally hungry and in a hurry and want to get served right away. But if u got lot’s of time to kill, this place would be good for you. But for now I could only give this resto a 2stars.

The guy with glasses lied to me and was rude. I always order Wonton soup, this time it didn’t have Char siu or BBQ pork. I asked why, and he was very rude saying “we don’t have pork today”. 2 minutes later, I saw him serving another soup with the pork… I felt betrayed by my favorite restaurant… not comming back.
