This was a great experience. We went on a Friday night. The live DJ definitely contributed to the vibe, with age appropriate tunes. The crowd was over 30, so everyone was in chill mode. It had that “Cheers” vibe, where people genuinely enjoyed one another’s company. Our server was quick and attentive, made great suggestions and everything we ate was hot, fresh, and delicious. We even hung around for dessert. Oh, and the original artwork is a sight to see, its amazing! They Say definitely deserves 5 stars. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll be back!

Today’s lunch took me to They Say very barsy feel to it but very nice and clean restaurant. I went with the Catfish, fries and coleslaw and I must say it was delicious. Wish the breading for the catfish had a little more spicy but that’s just personal preference. But I do recommend this mom and pop style bar/restaurant.

Party of 8, no wait and got seated. Waters and waiter came. I appreciate trying to flex but he didn’t write anything down and 1/3 of the orders were incorrect. I was told this picture was blackened salmon with spice.. this food barely had taste. Folks raved about the wings but they were heavily overdressed…..

I enjoyed the food and service. But what I did not like is how they automatically add 18% gratuity to your check without you being aware. There was no sign posted, nor was it listed on the menu. This is something that should be communicated before being served. For the price of the food, the quantity was small

The best place to hang on a Thursday. Oh my God I laughed so hard with Mr Bell and enjoyed some poetry from his wife. That place is phenomenal. I missed yesterday and I’m mad about it. It’s a must do on Thursday night in Detroit!!!!

For me being my first time there it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I GET BETTER SERVICE AT TGIF. Our waiter was very rude, we felt rushed the entire time she didn’t offer drinks, threw down a To go box when we didn’t even ask for one. Cleared off our table even though we weren’t done eating, threw down the bill even though we wasn’t closed to finish eating. Tried to short change me Then on top of that tried to embarrass me in front of the diner because she wasn’t receiving a tip because she thought she provided good service. YEAH PISS POOR SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RETURN ♂️ and yes I know my little ole business isn’t needed anyway

The food I ordered was amazing. They were very busy and the waitress had a bit of an attitude. I asked for a sauce for my food 10 times even others asked I finally just ate my food paid and left. The place was very nice though. And the food was phenomenal. I’d definitely go again.

100% incompetent. It must be really difficult to make Alfredo with broccoli. Attempt #1 chicken Alfredo with lots of broccoli. I don’t eat chicken. Waitress send it back. Attempt #2 Alfredo with ONE piece of broccoli as if someone ate all of the broccoli off the top. I left and will not return. Too bad I live walking distance and love the Alfredo there. I ended up driving to Olive Garden where they listen and serve orders correctly. I try to support but this is typically what happens….
