Sadly , I was left a bit disappointed . Our waitress was very attentive and customer service friendly . My ceviche tostadas were meh . Too Much lime , literally running down my hands and arms , did not make for a pleasant lunch . Maybe if I give them a second go , but personally don’t see myself returning.

I love their food, I just don’t understand why the owner doesn’t fine tune details such as getting a better location. Besides that,
maybe the is rent probably really affordable. However,
the signs are all faded and deteriorated. I really like the food in this place, would love to see it prosper. Authentic Mexican food .

The food was ok.. wasn’t the best honestly I’ve had better Mexican food here in San Antonio then I did in mission Texas.. the carne guisada was super watery, the tortillas are paper thin which those two don’t make a great combination because then your tortillas ripping because of how watery it was.. I do have to say though the barbacoa was on point and the fajitas was nothing but stringy fat.. overall I wouldn’t go there again.. it definitely a little hole in the wall. But the customer service was great! My Spanish isn’t the best so I have to give thanks to the waitress who tried her best with trying to understand what I was asking for..

First time there and unfortunately my last. I ordered a molleja en chipotle plate and cosa sad. The majority of the servicing was fat. I placed it all on the side and ended up with a few pieces of molleja and what seemed to be an entire onion. I wasn’t going to say anything, but the waitress noticed and asked what was the problem. I truly appreciated that. She came back to tell me the cook said that’s how the molleja is. So to me, that tells me the quality of the food isn’t important. I asked for a fajita taco to replace my dish. It was alright. The maíz tortillas were sooooo thin couldn’t enjoy the idea of maíz a mano. Anywhoo. Good customer service but the quality of food didn’t cut it for me.

We came to Theresitas a couple of months ago. I believe when it first opened. Food was amazing and service was great. This time around we were disappointed. Service was subpar and not attentive. My cup ran out of tea and my husband had to give me from his because the server was more interested in cleaning and chatting with the ladies than serving us. My husband wanted to take his leftovers home but after waiting for almost 30 min for him to walk our way my husband just said to forget it and just pay and leave. We really did like this place but we will not be returning.
