We decided to do pizza for Christmas eve dinner with friends. We ordered from Theo’s and picked it up. They accommodated a little later pickup for us and everything was awesome. Our friends remarked on how great the pizza was. The gluten free pizza was so good my wife was suspicious it was not GF. No reaction so it was GF. Even the Greek salad was commented on as being tremendous.

I order here all the time and most recently I ordered a steak and cheese and the texture was terrible. I’ve had them before here and they were great. Honestly it was so chewy in parts that it turned me off from a steak and cheese forever. I called to let them know and the guy that answered insisted that I was wrong, repeated several times “I only order the best steak, not once in 20 years have I had a complaint” I’m not a complainer but the fact that he tuned out the fact that I was telling him that something wasn’t right and then didn’t offer any kind of solution was crappy business in my eyes

Thanks for the soggy REFRIED inedible fries! Worst fries ever and this is a grilled chicken sandwich in the picture. Soggy too with big giant chunks of chicken with no flavor at all. Not really “grilled” either.
This is my second time ordering recently. Last time was a pita sandwich and the pita was very thick pocket. Not my idea of pita bread. I think of the nice thin wrap. Anyways I won’t order from here again! Can’t even cook fresh fries for your customers. Thanks!

Theo was the most accommodating and kind person we met in MA. We were on a road trip and we got in really late. Right before closing, he told us he would make us any pizza we wanted from scratch. He was very friendly and chatted with us as he made our pizzas. The pizzas were 10/10, some of the best pizzas we have ever had. We will definitely come back because of the pizza and his hospitality.

Me excited everytime I come to get my food the atmosphere oa extremely professional and the males there are extremely adorable and I appreciate my fresh food every time I ordered here. I do not ever have any issues even delivery guys all directly from Theo’s are the best! I refuse to use uber ears for them! These guys deserves huge tips everytime I love them as family and I appreciate their hard work in that kitchen on theses hot beautiful days. You all are absolutely best and my favorite. ♂️

Possibly the best “Friday Food” in Melrose. Once again, we have been ordering from Theo’s for 3 years and have never been disappointed. The delivery has always been fast and the food delicious. Theo’s has excellent tuna subs and the best mozzarella sticks around. The wings are also great.

Food (steak and cheese bomb sub) absolutely disgusting…I ate a few bites of the sandwich despite my reservations on the presentation…and have been dealing with GI issues…the individual answering the phone was rude and condescending…would not offer a refund and instead wanted to send me another sandwich…NO THANKS.
