We have been wanting to try for over a year now. Finally we were able to and they didn’t disappoint! Place was very clean, service was good and food was served very hot! We even ordered a pizza to go. Very glad we finally tried them out. Awesome food and everythjng!

Yummy authentic Italian food. I got the Philly cheese steak sub and you can tell they use the best quality meat and best ingredients. The salads are also very fresh. My husband got the fried chicken salad. The only thing I didn’t not like was when you walk in you can instantly smell cigarette smoke. For non smokers like us it was an instant turn off.

I had a few pleasant experiences – being a newcomer to the area but my last experience was an eye opener to how much rudeness is acceptable (in their opinion anyway). After getting my pizza order wrong I phoned them, the girl who answered the phone said there was nothing they could do for me, when I asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was rudely told she could give me a 10% discount the next time I came in. I asked to please speak to the manager (considering 10% didn’t really add up to the 2 toppings they charge 1.99 each) for on my 20.00 order. First she said he wasn’t there, then she put a man on the phone claiming to be the manager, which I found hard to believe after he hung up on me saying they were too busy to deal with this. I rang back – told the same girl we were disconnected and she said he left and she didn’t have time for this, and handed the phone off to another rude employee who was ruder yet (you could hear many rude comments in the background) – I was told that they were told to hang up on customers who called back 3 times, because it was harassment and hung up on me. Needless to say, I rang back to ask when the owner would be in and then “Denny” came on the phone – he argued for a second – but then started apologizing for the way I was hung up on and spoken to. I don’t know if employees are that difficult to find or if they were family members or just didn’t care. I also messaged the owner on Facebook, but 2 days later – no response. I really thought the owner would be interested in what goes on there when he’s not there.

We recently moved to the area and Theo’s was our first experience dinning out. If everyone here is as polite and welcoming as the staff at Theo’s then we are here to stay. The food is authentic amazing as the service!

Our table had Spaghetti and meatballs, calzone, pizza and catfish! It was all wonderful! Portions are huge! What a nice little lunch we had today with wonderful friends!

A friend of mine told us about this little restaurant. We decided to go there and it was very hard to decide what to order due to the vast menu. We asked the waitress for suggestions. She told us the chicken parmesan was a real popular item there so we ordered it. What a delight it was. I thought the chicken was going to be chicken breast flat out, but instead it was chunks of chicken deep-fried. Very tasty. Their sauce was amazing. And as you can see in the serving it’s huge. I could have served at least three people with this plate of food. Nice little family restaurant. I would definitely go there again. The staff was very nice
