The Good- Prices are all right.
The Bad- The first time I came here, I got a calzone, and being from the East Coast, and was disappointed, but it was ok. Next time, I got “bread sticks” which were just a thin tortilla with jarred garlic spread and cold marinara.

We had a little trouble finding The Zone until we realized it was in a plaza with several other food trucks. We came here to satisfy my son’s pizza/sandwich craving. He figured that a calzone could do the trick. He ordered the Grandad while my husband got the Bambino. He said, “This is amazing quality.” I can also attest that it smelled delicious. It was definitely worth the trip. River’s Place plaza has lots of outdoor picnic-type tables to sit and enjoy the various food trucks.

I got the Ohana, and it was fantastic! Absolutely listen when they say extra napkins, and take a pile. Delicious food, fantastic, friendly service, absolutely my new favorite place for calzones. The cheese pull alone was worth it!

We got the veggie Calzone. The pastry was very dry and had a huge bubble dome that was more cracker consistency than bread. The filling consisted of a spread of their red sauce, then tons of black olives, canned mushrooms and raw green pepper and onion slices. No seasoning, and lukewarm. Tons of melted cheese, again not heated and not flavorful. Very dissatisfying

I got the Jalapeño Popper Calzone and the Garlic Cheesy Bread and both were really good. The gentleman was really nice and efficient. He was doing it by himself and did a great job at getting it out and done well, with my special request too. Great experience.

The service here was terrible. Your orders aren’t processed as they come in. They have outrageous wait times!

Adding this edit as a reply, in hopes the “owner” see’s this. When got to your establishment, I was told the order would be another 10 minutes…ok..a little inconvenient but but not a problem. Then when I return from my vehicle after 12 minutes had passed I was told it would be “just a few” more minutes because the order had just went into the oven. Thats when it starts to become a problem because the 10 minutes I was told it would be, actually was 5 minutes passed when I was supposed to pick up the order….But wait….I didnt get the order till 15 minutes passed the 10 minutes I was told it would be…I didnt yell at the staff nor berate them in anyway…I think waiting 30 minutes for a order is ridiculous and thats why the review was left. Maybe if doordash is too much for your establishment then you shouldn’t be taking orders during peak times. Or you could just “Do better” to make sure orders are being processed in a timely fashion. If waiting 30 minutes for an order and being aggravated about it classifies as impatient then I guess I’m all of that.
