Had a great experience at public house! My husband and I went to grab a drink Thursday night. It’s a seat yourself kind of restaurant, and we were greeted immediately. Our server was positive, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time, along with the other staff. Drinks came out quickly, she checked in regularly, and her upbeat attitude really made the night better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back!

Great wings! After several visits, tried the grilled chicken club. Well made, a full meal. Wine was a full pour. Wife had soup and salad. Soup was tomato bisque. A healthy bowl that has a sprinkling of spinach and some orzo as well. The Mediterranean salad which was more than a half salad. Good portions. Great service.
Update. Back several times..food is consistently good and the tomato soup is still wonderful.

went in last night to grab drinks with friends, joined the table since the people i was meeting got there before me. took the server a significant amount of time to acknowledge us. our order was extremely simple – 3 heinekens & 3 shots. it took an extremely long time before the drinks arrived that we wanted to just ask for our checks as soon as they finally came but our server was so inconsiderate that we couldn’t even ask her. if she’d be at the table, the moment she set something on the table she’d walk away before we could even ask her anything. and if someone did get the chance to ask her for something, she’d walk off so fast before anyone else could ask for something. we had full intentions of hanging out and ordering more but we weren’t even asked or acknowledged so we wanted to leave to go to another bar where we went be ignored by the server who walked by us constantly. i was pretty disappointed in how bad the service was. it was obvious she was busy, but if you’re at the table then give your attention to who you’re taking care of. when she eventually brought all our checks after having to ask multiple times, they were wrong. i was given a check for 2 beers & 2 shots but i only had one each. I had no interest in waiting longer to have her fix it so I paid for someone else’s drinks. when she dropped off the checks she didn’t even say thank you or a goodbye. she set the checks on the table in passing and walked off again. once we were all paid out, she checked back on us more after our tabs were paid than she did the entire duration of us waiting. i was there for a total of 40 minutes & it took the entirety of that 40 minutes to ask for a beer and check.

Tenderloin sandwich, Buffalo chicken wrap, and smash burger are some of the best things on the menu. Our waiter Sam was on top of everything and made our experience eating there for the first time even better. Great place to hang out with friends.

Walked in at 7:30 and it was a little crowded. By 8 it was still a good crowd. Mainly seat yourself. Pool table, darts, and I believe touch tunes. All good things. Service was a touch slow but good food and good drinks!

Every visit to the Public House in Zionsville leaves us impressed with both the food and service. My husband recently reserved their outdoor space for my birthday party, and it was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was perfect for live music, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food and attentive service. A big thank you to the team for making it a memorable celebration!
