Love going here, it’s like a home away from home! Doreen and everyone is so nice. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy. I got the cranberry curry chicken wrap with (crunchy) home fries and my boyfriend got a pancake with two eggs and bacon. I’ve been coming here since I was 18, I’m almost 30 now so you know a place is great when you keep going back! 10/10

Great local neighborhood Cafe. We had breakfast and you will get a full plate of food! The crew here is amazing and they always stop to make sure you’re OK. We definitely suggest to start your day here. You all here are awesome!

On a trip to RI, we were looking for a breakfast spot that offered gluten free options a day outdoor seating, for our dog. We found Yolk Cafe, and it was delicious! Everyone was so nice, food is scratch made, had a lot of gluten free options (and homemade bread!). They even gave us a doggy Omelet!

The food was very good for starters. I would have appreciated it if they told me raisins were in the French toast by default. Though that’s on me for not asking, but if that’s not the norm, then someone gave me it without me asking . However, the service was abysmal. I’ve been here once before and had a good time with the server. She was cordial, nice, and joked around. It’s why I wanted to take some friends here. This time, however, we seemed to be the last served and ignored. I asked for a second cup of coffee and saw the other five tables get served, drinks given, and orders taken. Never was brought out a second cup, though I watched a pot come out, and the server refilled a tables coffee but ignored us. Friends with me asked for water, and it took 20 min while I watched someone else’s table, sit down, ask for drinks (both water and coffee), and it was out before they could continue their conversation. I don’t know if their server was being biased or just was super busy and thought our table didn’t need anything. For a place that says “Good company” on their front sign, there was none to be had. Unfortunately, this bad experience has soured an otherwise good food experience, and I don’t think we’ll be back.

I went here with my family and let me tell you, it is the definition of FEEL GOOD PLACE! It is a cozy little cafe with 80’s or maybe earlier, handheld games spread throughout the cafe. While we waited we enjoyed playing many games I hadn’t played in years! While we were just chit chatting, all the sudden marshmallow come flying at us! My daughter thought it was so cool, we looked over to see one of the ladies shooting them from behind the counter. She came over a little while later to squirt ketchup and mustard at us, it was a prank but very funny! It was really just a string. To top it off, she brings a small claw machine so my daughter could play it and win some prizes. We found out that they feed squirrels that come up to the window, so we inquired and one of the women tried to get the squirrel to come so we could see it. Unfortunately it did not happen but honestly, just left feeling like my soul was warmed. The food was amazing! The coffee was hot and all the women working there were truly a delight! I wish I lived closer, I’d definitely become a regular.

We happened to be driving through town and stopped on our way to the beach. This was one of our most favorite experiences ever. We were greeted by Lindsay who took us out back to see Chloe the seagull, who hangs out with the crew each morning. Then we were treated to an amazing breakfast while getting to meet the whole staff. This was one of my favorite places ever. Delicious, delicious food. Thanks to Lindsay and the whole gang! If we’re ever back that way we will definitely come again!

My family and I have been going to The Yolk for years. Probably the best corned beef hash you will ever have. The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. Everyone who works there is in a good mood and really care if you are enjoying your dining experience. Doreen does an amazing job of cooking up amazing food in a timely fashion. The restaurant is a popular local spot and for good reason. You’ll come as a customer and leave as a friend.

Was super excited for breakfast omelette! Upon arrival to pick it up, the container was leaking so I asked for another to put under, instead they turned my food upside down multiple times to wrap it all around. Now I have a mess and the omelette looked like it came out of someone’s rear end!! Food was cold, liquid eggs, sour cream cup looked like it was used before. Thanks for effort but we won’t be back. Cafe NV so much better.
