Great coffee and great food. But the best part was the seating. They have a really nice place to sit outside. On a good sunny day, its quite pleasant. The inside seating js also nice, though few. Overall, the place is a cute little house.

This was my first visit to the Yellow Mug coffee shop. Recommended by a friend. Located in a refurbished home on Crozet avenue. It offered a gentle and open atmosphere, great service, and the pastries all looked great (from Albemarle Baking Company). The almond croissant was predictably delicious. I love the fact that all of the in-house mugs are yellow and not of the same design. Certainly added to their brand and the homey feel. The counter person was kind and attentive. The coffee was terrific and the barista was legit. Pricing was very reasonable. I enjoyed the morning there with friends and will go back.

Super cute coffee shop with lots of local charm! I got a chai latte and pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese. Both were very sweet, and I didn’t really taste the spices in the latte. I would definitely come back to try other options. The outdoor space looks really nice too! Lots of parking in the back.

I had a Cortado lightly sweetened with brown sugar cinnamon when I came in here yesterday. You all were trying to decide to go powdered or syrup to sweeten it and I was of no help Regardless, the barista nailed it and I forgot to tell you all! It was amazing. It can be so hard to find a great cortado.
