The Chicken Akhroti Murphy Seekh was a standout—tender, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients and aromatic spices and t he Veg Manchuria was just okay.
The Tadka Palak with Paneer and Dhabha Dal Tadka were both quite satisfying—comforting and well-seasoned.
We also enjoyed the Pyaaz Mirchi Roti and Garlic Naan, which were thin, soft.
For dessert, the Ras Malai was excellent—rich and indulgent. The Gulab Jamun was good, and the Shahi Tukda unfortunately didn’t meet expectations.
Overall, the ambience, food quality, and service were all excellent. Highly recommend for a flavorful and enjoyable Indian dining experience.
I ordered the Puran Singh chicken and it arrived ice cold on the inside—clearly reheated and completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, don’t expect an apology or even basic courtesy. The staff simply does not care.
This place is a disgrace to authentic Indian food. Poor quality, zero accountability, and absolutely no concern for customers’ health.
To my friends in Atlanta: do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this restaurant for the sake of your health and your money.
Totally disgusting experience.
The food was presented nicely and served with care, but the taste was just average—not exceptional and certainly not worth the hype. Additionally, the pricing was comparatively higher than other restaurants in the area, making it feel less like good value for money.
Overall, while the effort in food presentation was commendable, the experience as a whole did not meet the expectations. There’s room for improvement in both the food quality and service.
We ordered a few dishes: a creamy curry, their naan bread, and a goat biryani. The flavors were bold and well-balanced — the spices felt authentic, the curry sauce had depth, and the naan was soft with the right chew. What stood out most was how generous the portions were: enough to share but also hearty enough for a solo meal.
Service was decent. The staff was courteous and took time to answer questions when we asked about spice levels and dish recommendations. It wasn’t five-star polished, but for a casual Indian dinner, it felt friendly and laid-back, which suited the place.
I also liked that the menu had variety: vegetarian and non-vegetarian, lighter dishes and rich ones, so there’s something for anyone’s mood or appetite. It’s the kind of place that works whether you want to dig into a heavy curry or just grab a milder dish with naan and relax.
All in all, The Yellow Chilli of Georgia delivered — good food, fair prices, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’d recommend it to anyone in the area looking for solid Indian fare without pretense.
We visited as a group of seven colleagues for a business dinner. All of us are Indian and well-acquainted with spicy food, but every single dish we ordered (4–5 in total) was overwhelmingly spicy to the point of being unenjoyable.
When we raised the concern, the waiter gave excuses instead of offering a solution, and the manager was outright rude. This is not the level of service or quality one would expect from a restaurant associated with a celebrity chef.
Would not recommend, especially for professional gatherings or anyone expecting a balanced, enjoyable meal.
Overall, the food quality, taste, and presentation were excellent. Highly recommend Yellow Chilly for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Indian dishes!
