I ordered one of their signature milkshakes, and it was insanely good. The ice cream was rich and creamy, the toppings were fresh and fun, and the presentation was next-level. They really go all out here — brownies, cookies, sprinkles, whipped cream, the works. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you feel like a kid again.
The staff was friendly, patient, and super helpful with recommendations. Even with how busy it gets, they keep things moving smoothly and make sure every shake comes out perfect. Hi my sister and I went into the Tampa location this afternoon. We enjoyed the shakes we had very much. Unfortunately they were out of vanilla and mint chocolate chip so we were limited in our choices. The employee who waited on us was the only one there and although she could have used assistance she was able to wait on us much beyond our expectation Melanie was polite and truly very good at her job! I couldn’t believe how she kept her cool and managed all she had to do.. Get some more help and hang onto her she is truly an asset to The Yard Milk Shake Bar!

Well nothing like I thought. I got the peanut butter sundae with no peanut butter ice cream but chocolate ice cream and the peanut butter on the mug was nasty. My wife got the mint chocolate chip sundae it was freezer burn nasty. The brown taste weird on both. After paying $50.00 for sundae i won’t be back

This is a paradise for people who love to enjoy a good milkshake. I ordered the Salted Caramel Cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. I will say a bit pricey, but my tastebuds were for sure enjoying the flavors. The milkshakes really do look like they look in the pictures, as advertised. Clean environment as well. Now in terms of staff, the workers were very friendly. I want to give special shoutouts to Ian, he provide excellent customer service, ready to provide us with samples and answers and questions that we have. Bigs thanks to him and the staff, would come again.

For $20, I expected something indulgent not two tiny cups that looked like a kid’s sample size.The ice cream itself? Decent. Sweet, creamy, but definitely not worth boutique pricing. Presentation tried to save it with a plastic dome lid, but at that point, the only thing fancy was my buyer’s remorse.
If you’re ordering through delivery, skip it what you see on Uber Eats looks like a masterpiece, but what shows up feels like a scam with sprinkles. Cute once, never again.

Such a cute unique place!! Decided to finally try it while in town and it did not disappoint! Staff were awesome and recommended favorable flavors.
I Think I over ordered because I couldn’t finish it all but it was well worth the trip. Quiet, clean space with ample parking and multiple places to visit in the area. Sort of set up like Tampa Outlets and it was easy to find parking.

I had a very concerning experience here earlier today. I came in with a friend and ordered a two-scoop cup with red velvet and cookie dough ice cream. I briefly turned away and waited for the employee with dark hair and dark glasses to finish my order. When I tasted the ice cream, the “cookie dough” looked and tasted different from what I’ve had here before.
When I asked about it, the employee said she thought I ordered praline. I explained that I specifically ordered red velvet and cookie dough and asked what was in the praline ice cream. She then mentioned that the praline ice cream contains pecans, at which point I had to stop her and explain that I am allergic to pecans.
Although she apologized and remade the order, I had already been exposed. I had to use my EpiPen and seek medical treatment. This was frightening and completely avoidable.
I’ve been to this location multiple times before without any issues, which makes this especially disappointing. I expected better attention to detail and food safety. If you have food allergies, please be very cautious.
