Today was my first time trying this place. First impressions are really important. There was a line so that’s a good indicator that the food will be good. I order a jerk chicken wrap with all the filling in the veggie wrap. It was delicious actually but I found it odd to find a small piece of boiled egg in it. I also feel jerk sauce should be included with jerk anything.
It was a bit of a wait and seem that delivery services hold precedent. Then orders that came in after me got their order for me and then they asked what my order number was like the totally forgot my order all together. I didn’t get a good vibe from the workers in the front. Customer service needs work but this place in a gem for our community. Check them out. And those red velvet cookies are bussin!

I just chomped down on that salmon wrap like I haven’t eaten in months. It was so good. My food was delivered by Grubhub and I like that my brown paper bag was stapled closed. Some places don’t secure your food. Will definitely switch up after ordering the salmon wrap a couple more times.

The staff is friendly The store is organized My purchase was a sandwich that I have to take back because they gave me the wrong one but that is not going to stop me from giving this location five stars ✨ I also purchased several bags of fresh baked cookies to die I’m not sure what the recipe is but they got it. Chicago everything is spot on It’s nice to have things in the neighborhood that can be healthy for you and taste good and then to have a little treat as a cookie or a fresh pressed juice is priceless. Keep thriving

I love their sandwiches and their buffalo egg rolls however due to their service hours its difficult to get a hold of them to order. Their phones are never connected, they close down ubereats and DoorDash at certain points so you can’t order for delivery. They also close early so it’s difficult to even physically get there due to work schedules. They have great hoagies I hope the restaurant doesn’t close down due to their limited availability.

Got the grilled chicken salad, Malala’s jerk chicken wrap, and the 3-piece jerk chicken egg rolls. The salad was fresh and the wrap was delicious with great flavor. The egg rolls were tasty, though smaller than expected—more appetizer-sized than a full portion. Overall, a really good experience and I’d order again.

I visited Aspen for the 1st time from Chicago and it was great. The Wrap Bar was recommended for me and my friends to go. I tried a sandwich and as a veteran I always ask if they honor military discounts, as I enjoy my benefits for fighting for my country. The cashier responded with “this is the cheapest food you’re gonna find”. I wasn’t looking for cheap food I was looking for recognition for my service. It was a distasteful remark. So I initially called and before I could even say hello she rudely said We not taking call ins, pick up only and we close at 6. I called at 5:30pm so I was taken aback from that so i just said okay. We come in and the cashier is so rude too me and my sister as she takes our order, she cutting us off with is that is ? Every time we list an item and we could clearly tell she was rushing us. Then after waiting about 20 mins, she proceeds too tell me that she didn’t even charge me for my salmon wrap so I had too wait for them to make it. I ordered a shake and when I when too pick it up she told me next time not too wait until they are about too close to order a shake even tho we came in 5:41pm. My wrap was very mediocre and not worth waiting for such bad customer service and rude attitude from the cashier. I hope they know that who represents you when a customer walks in means alot and can turn a lot of people away.

This place is so unprofessional, and I will never spend my money with them again. I received the wrong order. I asked for jerk egg rolls, but instead I received buffalo. I called up there about the problem. She said that the cashier always repeat the order back to the customer. I informed her that, that never happened! The cashier just told me the total. They refuse to fix the issue
