I am fed up. Prior to them closing for a while to “improve”, they’ve had the same issues. The food is great, provided they have all the ingredients in stock. This place has serious inventory issues & they are always out of something, even when it’s earlier in the day. And they’re inconsistent with answering the phone. You often have to physically go to the location to place your order because more oft than not, they don’t answer. I ordered a beef hulk potato with broccoli. I got 2 pieces of broccoli, some nacho cheese (which isn’t normally the cheese they use), potatoes & ground beef. None of the other stuff. I had to add my own red onion just to enhance it some more. I love their food (when it’s available), but I’m done eating here because the experiences are consistently frustrating. It took a long time for me to finally leave this review because I try to support black owned businesses, but this is it for me. Nephews can call me when they fire their entire staff & replace them with competent individuals

When I first visited Nephew’s I had never heard of them before, but they were so nice and courteous with me, the wait was kinda long but they gave me a courtesy drink while I waited. When I got my food it was the best ever. I had catfish fried rice, Philly cheese steak and fries, and more I have no complaints. I give them a 5 star. Great people with beautiful personalities and great customer service. That was my experience, I can’t speak for no one else.

Nephew’s is a staple of this community. Have been their countless times over the years and they have never disappointed. For a restaurant to be successful they need to have systems in place that are efficient & the food must be good. This place has both, that’s one reason they have been around for so long. The food is great & the people working their are kind. Easy 5 star review. If you live in the area you owe it to yourself to stop by and treat yourself to some great food, while also supporting a local small business.

First time eating in this particular area. Very clean and easy to socially distance. I got the Hulk Chicken which I enjoyed very much. Tasty, fresh, not overly greasy. I hope they fix whatever issue they had going on w/ their menu board, I would like to see what all they have to offer for next time.

This food is great. The wait is a tad long but the food comes out fresh. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. They will not serve you if you come in sagging your pants. I think that is fantastic! They also remodeled and there is more seating as you wait. They display their belief in God on their shirts and walls.

The staff is very friendly and the food is great. I purchased the chicken and shrimp Philly. It was seasoned to perfection, cooked to order and delicious. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant. I’m really big on supporting local restaurants. I recently found out they have multiple locations only because I called in my order to the wrong location. The staff at both locations were really nice about handling my mistake. I recommend you try Nephews. You will not be disappointed.

I keep eating the food to fast to get a pic but they are coming. I think I’m going to have plenty out chances; they got a really nice size menu. Made to order, so call it in. If you haven’t eaten here yet you should make it a point to stop in. Not only is it delicious the portions are filling and priced accordingly. I have feed three people for 20 bucks a few times. Nephews is the new it spot can’t wait for the inside to finish so i can eat my food right off the grill!!!

My wife and I visited this location and the customer service was so great anyone would come back. The food is good and prepared to order. Wait time was about 20 minutes . Clean and spacious location. The restroom was CLEAN! Always a plus in my book.
