I moved here over a year ago, I love this business and the multiple locations they offer. The reasons are: the tobacconists are very knowledgeable and personable. I consider them a friend at this point. The ambiance is very fitting for the tradition of cigar smoking.
There was a feeling of importance I felt when I bought my first stick with the ( cut and light service) that everyone gets complimentary to a cigar purchase regardless of purchase size.
My drinks are always full , lighters gases up and staff are always willing to educate me with my ongoing curiosity of cigars.

Today I had a terrible experience at the Cigar Bar in Fort Myers. I felt discriminated against by the waitress Korny because she wouldn’t even look at me or my friend because of her racist attitude. She wasn’t even capable of acting professionally and providing us with service. What she did most however was refuse to provide us with service and didn’t serve us until her shift was over. The other waitress, whose attitude is 100%, gave us professional and pleasant treatment. Of course, we left her a good tip of 50 dollars since she deserved the courtesy she gave us. For me, this bar is a magnificent bar, but it’s a shame that there are such unpleasant staff. I see that there is a bad comment made about this bar that talks about the treatment of the waitress, but what was missing was the name of the waitress, that’s why I took the time to specify which waitress is providing poor service because I don’t think it’s fair to speak badly of a place just because of a bitter and racist person.

Favorite place in downtown , good music , and two of the best bartenders I have met since 19 here . Danielle and Mya are awesome and make a great smokey old fashioned I had never seen made before .

You feel very safe and comfortable every time you walk in almost like you don’t want to leave.

Very nice shop with a great selection. The guy running the shop was helpful and friendly. Only downside to the shop, the owner requires the employees to hover over customers in the humidor. That’s a serious faux pas.
