Delicious pizza and attentive staff! Our waitress, Ashley, was on top of anything we needed. She even gave our son some pizza dough to shape and bake his own breadsticks- he loved it! We also enjoyed not having to wait in long lines on a Saturday night but could still enjoy high quality ingredients and delicious food.

Watching the sunset from a second-story patio overlooking Kenwood Mall is a great spot to enjoy pizza and beer. We ordered a delicious Margherita pizza, accompanied by a salad topped with fresh fruit and dressing. Similar to The Works Pizza Co.’s Loveland location, a set of open garage doors connects indoor and outdoor guests, creating a friendly, neighborly atmosphere.

Now for the pizza. We ordered a Hot n’ Honey pepperoni. Crust was a medium thickness, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy inside. Sauce wasn’t too sweet and tasted homemade. They do offer a cauliflower gluten free option also.
Outdoor patio opens directly into a full bar. Perfect spot to get a bite before or after a movie .

This place is great, lots of TVs for sports viewing. Lights at the bar were a bit too bright but they dimmed them for us which was great my hot honey pepperoni pizza and old fashioned were wonderful as was their homemade ranch for pizza dipping! Pizza was $12.99 and I could only eat half. Ashley was very accommodating and took great care of us! Recommend people give it a try. We went after a movie next door. Was a perfect pair

We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at The Works Pizza Co. in Kenwood after catching a movie with her friends next door, and it turned out to be the perfect place for a birthday lunch. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our big group feel completely welcome.
Our waitress, Carley, was incredibly sweet—patient with the kids (11 of them!), attentive without ever hovering, and genuinely happy to help make the occasion special. Brian, the head pizza maker, was awesome. He was so friendly and interactive, chatting with the kids and joining everyone for the birthday song. He surprised us by inviting the girls to sit up at the counter to knead their own dough balls into fun shapes before baking them in the oven. It was such an unexpected and memorable touch, and the kids absolutely loved it.
We ordered a pineapple pizza (with fresh pineapple!), a bacon pizza (with really good, flavorful bacon), a pepperoni pizza, and a classic cheese pizza—and every single one was delicious. To top it all off, they treated the kids to cinnamon bites, which was such a kind and generous surprise.
Despite our large group, the whole experience was very affordable, especially given how much fun the kids had and how excellent the food and service were.
We left with happy kids, full stomachs, and a new favorite spot. Highly recommend The Works Pizza Co. for families, celebrations, or anyone who just loves great pizza! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in OH for the month of Dec spending the holidays with my family. We had gone to the Mall a few days before Christmas to walk around and shop. Before we went home, my son-in-law took us in to The Works Pizza Co. It was the first time for us all. We agreed that this was the BEST tasting pizza we’d ever had. I’m 71 and have had allll kinds of pizza in different states as a youth pastor, so this says a LOT!
It’s about their special ovens, the crispy yet delicate crusts, and sauces to die for! My daughter had a pasta dish that she loved, my grand baby had chicken fingers and fries she obviously enjoyed. The owners are great-super friendly; our server, Ashley was attentive and kind. Very accommodating with my toddler grandbaby. Giant screen tvs for sport fans! Great family atmosphere. Whatever you do…do NOT pass up this little gem right across from the mall near the parking garage!

The Works Pizza is truly a 10/10 experience! Their Hot Honey Pizza is unbelievable — you can taste every single ingredient, and the balance of sweet heat is perfect. And if you’re a crust lover, this is your spot. The crust is crispy, flavorful, and honestly addictive. The service is always great, and the vibe of the place just makes the food hit even harder. Their pasta dishes are super filling, rich, and full of flavor — you definitely get your money’s worth. Overall, it’s amazing vibes, amazing food, and a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a new favorite. If you haven’t tried it yet, go now — you won’t regret it!

I found The Works when I was looking for somewhere to take my daughter and her two friends to have lunch to celebrate her birthday before a day of shopping. I had really high hopes based on reviews but was unfortunately sorely disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the food was delicious but the experience made it a place I would not recommend. It was SO cold out the day we visited but for whatever reason, there was no heat on inside the restaurant. It was to the point that it was uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave but I was making the best of it for my daughter. There was no one to come and greet us or ask if my daughter and her friends wanted to toss their own dough like someone mentioned in another post. We stood at the door for a minute until a woman called from the kitchen area to seat ourselves. All of the booths on the right side were covered in dirty dishes from previous customers and the tables were taken so we sat on the left side by the bar area. After a while the woman finally came over and gave us menus and took our order but that’s about it. I tried to joke with her about it being so cold and that she was probably warmer in the kitchen but she just looked at me with a blank look and said, “no.” She truly did not want to be bothered talking to me whatsoever. Took our orders, brought the food, brought the check, the end. It was so disappointing from the high hopes I had from reading others reviews but unfortunately, that was just not our experience. I loved the food, but for us, we will not be returning.

Such a nice experience at this establishment. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant, seated quickly and had someone taking our order within minutes. While waiting for our food to come out, the manager came over and asked the kids if they wanted to toss their own dough. We finished eating and made our way to the counter where Amari was so sweet and patient with our kiddos and helped them toss and make cool things out of their dough, then baked it for them to eat. Such a fun thing for them that they have never done! They loved it! We will definitely be back. Great food, excellent service and all around wonderful experience
