Finally got around to trying this place this past September after wandering around Old Orchard Mall and was actually quite pleased with the quality of food here.
I’ve been to dozens of Chicago/Greek grills all around the Chicago area and this taste is definitely one of the better ones I’ve been to in my lifetime.
The food overall is great but the Gyros are friggin’ awesome! I’ve had Gyros from many many places and they absolutely rock here! Soft, moist and well seasoned; pretty much the melt in your mouth kind.
Great food at fair prices and friendly service in a clean/sanitized dining area, I’d definitely come back here to support this local business. Wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

You definitely know what you are getting here. This place has been around for a while and serving all the staples. However, $20 for a Gyro plate is outrageous and not sustainable.

Been coming to this joint for 25 years and my father 45 years, ever since they changed management the food sucks. The gyros dont taste the same anymore, the tzatziki sauce is watered down, burgers are subpar, hotdogs and salads are ok, beef is dry. Portions are small. Price is inflated. Service is good, but very sad me or my friends wont be returning anymore.

Been a customer since 1978 when it opened. There have been a few changes in ownership over the last 10 years, but the food quality has come back to an excellent level again. Love the gyros. The meat, the bread and how it’s cooked, and the sauce are amazing. But their gyros are not the only food they serve. Make a trip . It’s worth it.

Tables Dirty, staff on their phones. Gyros was not cooked to liking and fries half done, milk shake was a zero . Expensive as well. Will not ever go back.

Excellent food, choices, service. Ordered Gyro and angel hair chicken noodle soup and a hot chocolate. Food came up almost instantly. Generous portion for gyro, is enough for 2 if you arent terribly hungry (extra pitas are 50 cents). Everyone working here is positive, happy and friendly. My new favorite place.

My parents had their wedding rehearsal dinner here in 1979. It was always a treat growing up when my Mom took us to meet my dad here for lunch during his lunch break from Zenith or after visiting the dentist in the back of the adjacent mall.
