Check out this cheese pull that went out for 1-2 feet! From my sirloin I’d say, this is the Best steak in Nebraska it was smoky delicious and cooked to perfection! The waitress kept our waters topped off and she even had our meals split so we could enjoy a bit of one another’s meals! We 100% plan to drive an hour to try this restaurant again sometime!

We had higher expectations based on the websites presentation of the restaurant. Food selections not great but we could see the menu before dining. Service was impeccable! That was the saving grace of the evening. Atmosphere is dated, flies at tables, plastic cups (really?), old building smell.

It’s always a great place to eat. We took the boys here for date night, and our steaks were all cooked to perfection and so flavorful. My BIL, who lives in Lincoln, has many places to have a steak. He said it was the best steak he’s had in a LONG time! We also love the cozy atmosphere and the drive to the location is nice.

Went on a Thursday and had the steak special and the stuffed chicken. I can’t say anything that will do the whole experience justice you will have to find out for yourself how amazing this Gem of a restaurant is.

Great place, great steak, and I mean great. Warning though. If you sit outside at night where repellant. The mosquitoes are thick. But other than that really great service. Great food! The menu is one page and there are some odd options on it. I’m not sure about the barbecue sauce that they offer on the steak or any of the other sauces that they put on the steak, but without the sauces on the steak the steak is incredible.

Nice outdoor patio dining; 70 degrees perfect weather. Food is eclectic, which equates to expensive and some odd combinations like cream corn over a ribeye. White chocolate raspberry cheesecake tasted like a box. Portobello mushroom fries nothing special, the salads were great, cold and fresh.

It appears that Woodcliff is the nicest restaurant on this side of town and it deserves that title. And rumor has it it’s in a river but it was dark and rainy so I couldn’t tell.
But the food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and portions were just right. I can’t say much for the wine menu but I’m sure you can bring your own Opus One. Overall I give this a high recommendation and maybe I’ll get to see the patio on the river next time!

We had a fantastic meal on a beautiful Friday night outside on the lake. I had a delicious salmon meal with Parmesan eggplant sauce over the rice and sautéed vegetables, DELICIOUS! The husband had the Woody burger with onion rings. His only regret was not ordering the portobello fries. We will definitely be back to give those a try. Eric provided excellent service and the margaritas were on point.
