Mellow, friendly atmosphere. Really good hamburger, fries and side salad. Everything very clean and well maintained. Good C&W music, playing at a pleasant volume. Will return to this place for sure.

Delicious food, love their Friday fish fry. Would be nice if they cleaned and painted their main entryway, certainly does not give a good first impression. Sure hope their kitchen is cleaner.

I love the fish during Friday night fish fry. The location is in the country but easy to get to and park. Primarily a local hangout, one will get some looks when entering but it is nothing negative. The staff is pleasant and seating choices are decent. If I have any complaints it would be the same issue I have with most every bar. The cocktails are weak. Fortunately, I know enough to ask for an extra shot ($2.50 extra) and that satisfies me. In addition to the fish, I have also had the fried chicken. Also a very good choice. if you are looking for a new place, try here. And arrive early. Reservations are not accepted.

We stopped here after spending an afternoon touring the Shawano County barn quilts. Service was efficient. We both had “The Fran” hamburger which was good. Deep fried veggie appetizer was also good.
