This relatively new place on Brighton seafront is OUTSTANDING!!!! Visited with friends and family on a gloriously sunny Saturday afternoon. We ordered a variety of small plates and sharing platters and each and every item was delicious . We loved it so much we asked if they could accommodate a party of 11 for lunch the next day. They opened up the second floor for us and had the chef rustle up an amazing off menu Sunday lunch. The food, the service, the views and ambience are second to none. If I didn’t live in Somerset I’d be there every week for sure. Absolutely fantastic place

Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the owners PJ and Owen are such lovely hosts, they make you feel so welcome, and you are so looked after!
A must if you don’t know where to go for a quick bite or a meal for lunch or dinner down on thw sea front. ☺️

We had the most wonderful first anniversary dinner and drinks! The staff were so friendly and personal and the views from the tables at the top at sunset were beautiful of the west pier. Food was amazing. Would recommend to anyone especially the delicious chocolate brownie for pudding.

We popped in to The Winkle for a quick drink with the kids while walking along the seafront. We ended up staying for 3 and some lunch! The owners were so welcoming of us and the children. All of the food and drinks were delicious. Can’t wait to revisit. Update: we did revisit the very next day and it was just as great.

Best restaurant on Brighton seafront by far…lovely atmosphere and views on the beach and sea. The staff were very attentive and friendly (thanks Charlie!) the food was delicious & I will definitely be back to try some other things soon. Went here for dinner and the food was very impressive! The crab linguine was 10/10!! The wine was great and most importantly the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Overall a lovely restaurant and worth a try! I will be returning on many occasions over summer! Thanks again for a superb evening! I cannot wait to recommend to friends and family!

Fabulous food and such welcoming service on a gusty, grey Brighton day. Upstairs with a lovely ambience to escape the inclement weather and stunning views if you are lucky enough to book a table overlooking the sea. A total gem!
