Omg when I come to my hometown this is my go to spot. The food is amzing but the sauces they are the star if the show. My guy, Karl, has cultivated some supreme sauces fir both his chicken and his boils that will have you licking your fingers and slapping your momma. They are incredible. The chicken is always so juicy and hot. Now you will have to be a little patient as good food can take a mome to prepare but I can assure you it worth the wait. Make sure you tell keta sent you.

Great food, rude staff. I asked to have my wings on the side for my wing boil.
Very simple request that required an extra styrofoam box.
The rude staff behind the register stated that I would have to pay the full price of a ten piece wing order to simply have the wings put in a simple box. I was ordering extra potatoes, extra corn and I wanted to add shrimp.So I did not want the box crowded, and this young lady had the audacity to be rude to me about asking to have my wings on the side.I was about to spend 40$ for my order I was so offended.I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

So your policy about not giving an extra styrofoam box costed you a customer, I ordered extra corn extra sausage extra potatoes.I wanted my wings on the side a large spending customer. Sir your daughter was very rude.
Her attitude, her eyes rolling her hand movements, I travel all across this country for work and try to support local places especially black owned business.So this is painful for me but I can’t let that kind of stuff slide.
I see you arguing with customers all over your reviews.

The food was super good I’m taking about some of the best food I have had. In a long time and between me and my wife ordering the whole menu everything we ate was seasoned to perfection On God!!! We definitely recommend this place if your wanting some really good food! We drove 3 hours to dine in and it was totally worth it !!

I drove into union city sunday night expecting for Applebee’s to be the only thing open and being forced to eat the same old burger and fries. I had been eating nothing but fast food and gas station junk for a week and I was craving a genuine home cooked meal. I stumbled on the wing king coming into town and I am so thankful I did. I was welcomed by a lovely girl behind the counter that steered me in the right direction. She recommended the jerk chicken special (which is right up my alley). What the kitchen prepared me was far beyond my expectations. Juicy chicken with just the right amount of spice, Mac and cheese, rice, corn on the cob, and a cornbread pancake. It was easily 2x the amount of food I was expecting.
I sat and enjoyed my meal with a coke zero (chefs recommendation). There were a couple of very well behaved children in the dining area watching the dodgers game with me.
Sadly I couldn’t keep any leftovers as my hotel didn’t have a refrigerator so I at every last bit that I could.
The chef came out and we had a quick chat about life where he learned his trade and things around union city. Really cool guy.
Couldn’t have been better. I would definitely drive out of my way to come here again.

We order delivery from The Wing King quite often and it never disappoints. The hot lemon pepper wings are absolutely amazing. The burgers are always great. He has the best Philly cheese steak sandwich in all of Tennessee. The loaded buffalo chicken fries are delicious and the ranch is perfect. The steaks are flavorful and always cooked perfectly. We also appreciate that our order is always bagged well and completely sealed when we receive it.
