Ordered 2 wing combos (wings and fries) plus ranch and celery and paid for 3 extra ranch dressings through Uber eats. Received wings only. No ranch. No celery no fries. Called the store and while the girl was arguing with me saying I didn’t order the combo I can hear the mgr in the back saying “we screwed up”. Told me to get a refund through Uber eats. Very disappointing since we’re from out of state and don’t have a car here. Wings without ranch are bleh. Bad customer service. They didn’t care.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch today! Jordan was our server and she did an excellent job taking care of us! She was knowledgeable when I ask her about a couple of the items on the menu! My husband drinks a lot of water and she kept his 2 water glasses full for him while he ate . Smokey bones, thank you for providing a menu that designates GF items. It was so helpful!

Ordered x hot buffalo and spicy peach. They had no spice at all. No sauce barely. I wanted to try some place different and they really disappointed. The prices are high for no reason. The wings skin was very chewy/ gummy could not swallow.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. This location has terrible management, and poor food quality. Worst of all they made me cover the cost of my order when they gave my food to someone else then made me reorder. (How do they get away with this? They literally robbed me due to their lack of competence)
