spent 75.00 on 2 orders of whole wings a fry and onion rings… got 1 whole order and 8 single wings for $18 a piece.. didn’t get the right sauces … called right back in at 11:10 and they didn’t even close until 12 and the manager on duty said he couldn’t refund or make the food I paid top dollar for because they closed the kitchen 40 minutes before closing … b.s …. me and my co workers travel from out of town to come to the Columbus fair auto auction and I got to say the manager and service was the worst I have ever seen…. he said I bagged this one up personally and the sauces were what I ordered… then asked if I tried them of course I did I used to eat here every time I came up… then he said they must have been out of scorpion sauce..after trying to say they sent me scorpion sauce .. 1 out of 10 for customer service and management trying to fix a screw up on a 2 person $75 order … never again … highly disappointing experience

I am confused cause I seriously thought my dasher put this Wing Experience box in my Smokey Bones sack, I thought they gave us someone else’s order! Way too small of wings for $100 order. Very disappointed. Love the idea of many sauces but NONE of them were labeled, had no idea which sauces were which… order was half delivered.
Called to refund and guy was nice but women on phone was outrageous! Had to pick up the fixed order and was NOT ready when said it’d be. Same woman from phone was no help whatsoever! Very very rude, won’t be coming back.

The food was good, but we placed the order ahead of time and it was prepared 15 minutes later than expected. Multiple orders were put together and the sauces were mixed. Items were missing from the order. We’re just visiting Columbus, and this is the first meal that’s been disappointing.

Not sure who thought it was a good idea to place different sauce options in the same box, but that was a terrible idea. Different flavors should be in different packaging not co-mingling together, confusing the flavors. Not to mention that the wings were not actually tossed in sauce, but barely drizzled in sauce. We ordered a combo and did not receive our fries, or the drink, nor the extra sides of sauce ordered. Thankfully, Door Dash customer service tried to have this taken care of by having the restaurant correct the order issues, however, the corrected order arrived again without the fries. Just another bad experience from Smokey Bones which is who handles the Wing Experience! We will not order from them again!

Well, I think they cheated me. I ordered 2 smoked wing combos. You have a choice of 12 or 8. The 12 is $9.00 more. I chose 8. $11.99. The wings were over cooked and both boxes only has 6 wings. 3 and 3. Did I miss something? A mistake would be one dinner not both.

Absolutely repulsive! They should be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. Wings were small, unseasoned and completely dried out. If this is the trend of all the other locations, then no thanks. I wouldn’t eat their wings even if I were paid to do so.

The wings are hard, barley any sause and cold . The fries were cold and the cake had no flavor. For the price I’d been better off with roosters or buffalo wild wings. Definitely not going here again

I ordered traditional wings with 2 sauces. They were boneless wings instead and only 1 sauce on them with barely any sauce on them. No sauce on some of them also. Plus I asked for parmesan on my fries and had literally none on there. And no ice in my Dr. Pepper. Based on the other reviews I’ve seen on here, I hope you guys go under.
