I like to give any restaurant the benefit of the doubt when it comes to a poor dining experience which is why I will order it more than once before making a determination on the quality of the food and service. That being said, I have ordered from The Wing Experience on five different occasions with only one being enjoyable. The majority the time the wings are either over cooked or small (which for the price you pay is quite the let down). Now I can let the cold factor go since I am usually ordering through DoorDash however in this case I paid $15 for 8 wings that were the size of one of my fingers. Just to put that into perspective, I am 5’,7”(5’8” with shoes, I’ll take it where I can get it) so it’s not like I have the hands of Shack. Overall just not a good experience.

I don’t usually write reviews but every time I door dash from here it ends up being incorrect. I ordered 6pc bone-in wings, half bbq and half lemon pepper, and Lemmon pepper seasoned fries. There are only 5 wings, that don’t have any sauce on them, plain. And about 15 fries with no seasoning. I work night shift so I order food late sometimes and this is one of few places open and my food has not been correct the past two other times I’ve tried this restaurant.

Paid $4 extra for bone-in wings, got boneless wings. 3 orders, all different sauces, not 1 tossed in the actual sauce, but all sauces on side (and we didnt request this). Set up a pick-up over an hour before our scheduled time and still had to wait. I know its just big corporations running 2 different businesses out of 1 place, with barely enough staff to cover 1 business…so I blame the staffing less, but still some. Come on guys, why would anybody return to this unless absolutely necessary?

Giving 1 star because I can’t give lower rating and still write a review. TRULY TERRIBLE. Ordered from Door Dash and they refund my order thank God. BUT seriously the order was $55 for wings that came cold, and so incredibly dry with no sauce in site. Without a doubt the wings sat out all day at the restaurant before being sent out. This is absolutely worst quality dining/ take out experience I have ever done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This business needs to be shut down. Xoxo

So i ordered from doordash and i ordered 2 orders of traditional wing combo. They were both wrong they didn’t even have traditional wings they had boneless wings and the fries were so cold. Then i also ordered 2 mango lemonades and they gave me one lemonade and one water. But the good thing was doordash let me replace 19 of the 40 dollars i spent so i called the place and a nice lady named Kenzie let me get a whole new order free of charge

I ordered from Doordash. The chicken was RAW! I opened 2 pieces of chicken and it was PINK! Doordash was gracious. I called to inform the resteraunt. The repeated response from the manager was “It was through Doordash” . I informed her that I had completed that task but I wanted to inform and ask for further compensation. She continued to cut me off and accuse me of being rude. She then accused me that I just didn’t like what she was saying. BAD FOOD! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
