2nd time now ordering via GrubHub and both times my order showed up missing a whole item. Restaurant never communicated the item was unavailable or even bother to offer a substitution. Both times now one person was left with no food at all. Won’t be ordering again

They hosted a warm and welcoming free Thanksgiving meal for the community, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, and the atmosphere felt like home. A big thank you to the team for their generosity! Will definitely be back for some wings

Don’t hesitate. This is everything you want in a Wing stop. Flavor Flavor Flavor. Call in ahead of time to place your order or like everywhere else they have a wait time for in store orders. This is the best wing stop in Illinois hands down.

I ordered their smash burger and it was cold. The buns seemed cheep and the presentation of the overall burger was a mess and felt rushed . The wait for your food is WAAAY to long regardless of what you order, and I’ve been graceful to go there more than once.

However the Chicken was was good for my first experience. I have a feeling their chicken will always be good tbh, hence the name of their business; but that’s what I get for getting a burger at a chicken joint I guess.

Overall I feel like the quality of their burgers are inconsistent which is a shame but I believe this place has potential and I hope this feedback elevates their business.

After coming up from Midway Airport this was the perfect place to stop! The food was a 10/10. We made a pick up order and only waited for about 7 minutes after arriving. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for something good to eat!

Overall I would say pretty decent. Not the best in Illinois, though. Good crunch. Chicken was a little too done or old chicken.
Fries were good. From the pictures I thought they would be crinkle fries but not.
The Honey Hot sauce was not hot enough for me but the flavor was sweet and good.
The Buffalo sauce was good.
What I had today was good enough for me to try again.
