I haven’t been since the new(ish) owners bought out Gloria’s, but I was beyond impressed with the Willow Bistro. The food, service, and the atmosphere were all phenomenal. Not to mention how affordable everything was.

I’m pretty particular these days about ingredients and its hard to find restaurants that have a cleaner menu so we mostly just pack a lunch or eat at home. We were visiting town for an event and needed a place to grab lunch, so we stopped in. The place was quiet and quaint and just a short drive from where we were staying. The food met expectations, it was flavorful, light, and fulfilling. I loved that in addition to the food they had fresh juices. I got two of them to try. Nice little boost of vitamin to get my day going! The boys enjoyed the smoothies. Grateful to find a place that offers less processed food options, truly a treat!

This was my husband’s and my first time here and boy were we glad we went. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The restaurant was so quaint. The food was phenomenal and their hot spiced tea was so wonderful. We finished the meal with their peanut butter pie and it was a perfect ending to our meal. But what really made our experience over the top was our server Sam. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and so sweet. We will definitely be back

If you’re driving through Murray, stopping by Willow Bistro is a must! I had the open faced gyro with chicken. The chicken was moist and tender, the tzatziki was expertly made, and the rice was cooked to perfection. The staff were so kind and attentive. The French press coffee is incredible. Clearly not plain Folgers. I couldn’t recommend this cute little bistro enough.

I think I just found my favorite restaurant in Murray. Looking for something we hadn’t had before, we decided to try The Willow Bistro. The menu was an odd mix of food from various nations/ethnicities. As an example of the variety, there was Naan, curry, spaghetti, grilled cheese, naked burrito, and a Reuben sandwich on the menu the evening we went there to eat.
After much debate, we decided to have the Hummus & Falafel appetizer, Tropical Fruit Curry, and Spicy Fusion. The falafel ranks up there with the best I’ve ever had. The Tropical Fruit Curry was so amazing, I would drive from Paducah again just to have it. I tried my daughter’s Spicy Fusion, which was a folded sandwich made of Naan with Lamb, jalapenos, sweet chili sauce, and other things. She loved it, and I tried it too, it was really good.
The service was top notch. We arrived at 7:30 on a Friday (they close at 8:30), we were greeted with smiles and never felt rushed to leave. We left around 8:40, but two other tables were still occupied, sitting around and talking when we left, and they were not rushed to leave either. The comfortable atmosphere and vibe from the staff made this a very enjoyable experience.

We live an hour from here and it it is worth the drive. The food is excellent and a variety for everyone’s taste. Service is excellent. Our server, Aliza was fantastic. Their prices are very reasonable. They serve beer & wine.

This place is amazing! The best falafel I have ever had, wholesome flavored brown rice, legit tahini and Naan with apricot chutney. My family enjoyed the grilled chiled markey plate and the lamb gyro. The food is super fresh. The restaurant is family and locally owned. And they deliver!
